   My partner fell in love with an amber bracelet in your Keswick store window. I foolishly didn't purchase it there and then. Luckily I found it on your website. It's arrived today and is fantastic. One thing I will say though is that you don't get an email notification/confirmation. It just says "payment recieved" on the website then the parcel arrives via Royal Mail a few days later. More of a point for your ecommerce/online team I suppose. Thanks again for a wonderful gift and happy partner.
