   I have a Swarovski open Bangle with a crystal on each end. I lost one of the crystals and when I called in to a local store several months ago, I was advised that the jewellery repair centre was still closed due to lockdown. They were prepared to exchange it but then advised that they no longer manufactured my particular bracelet!! When I advised that I would prefer a repair, I was issued with the model number of my bracelet. I have just rung the store again and was informed that the jewellery repair service is permanently closed! I asked if I could buy a replacement crystal and received another negative response. Surely, the company would have a repository somewhere that held crystals that people could source so that they can take their product to a jeweller and have the replacement crystal inserted at their own expense. The current attitude of this company seems to imply that ‘you can buy jewellery from us at great expense; but be prepared for them to be ‘disposable’ if something goes wrong’. Really!!!!

   Don’t understand why don’t do a cash exchange only had the product for less than a week but wanted to return it but apparently only store credit. Bloody fantastic customer service. They force you spend the money back in the stores. Being as big as Swarovski they should definitely tell there customers when purchasing a product on what the return policy . I feel like training is definitely needed for this store

   I visited here as my husband was looking for a present for me for my birthday. They had a lot of lovely items. I had a good look, then the nice friendly staff got out everything we were interested in and showed me to an area at a suitable height for me in my wheelchair so i could look at them properly. I loved the new silver butteffly range even got out an extender for the necklace, so I could see it at different lengths. The style of ring I was looking at. The lovely lady got out all rings in that style, so I could compare with many different sizes. However we were saddened to see that they stop producing rings at quite a small size which means that many are unable to buy any of the lovely rings that they stock this is what happened to me the staff said that they don't know why they don't produce any bigger sizes that there is no reason why they couldn't produce the bigger sizes they just decided not to which is frustrating and makes me as the customer feel excluded from the shop like i am not good enough to buy from them. Not the shop staff the company as a whole the staff couldn't have been better, making me feel special just sad that we only bought a necklace when we could have & would have spent more that day at no fault of the staff in this branch the fault lies with the company. Please reconsider this ring size issue as you are excluding many from purchasing at your store, which has to be bad for business. Would i recommend this branch absolutely 100% but not if you need a larger size in ring as u will only leVe feeling disappointed and rejected
