   Spoke to Ryan a few weeks ago and he sourced me the exact engagement ring (upgrade replacement) for my wife. Nothing was too much trouble. Gave me loads of help and advice and found the exact ring. Even delivered it. The boss loved it that much we went back and asked him for a bent sovereign but with her birth year on the coin. Sourced it. Had the shank bespoke made and he hand delivered it for us time for her special birthday. Nothing is too much trouble for this guy. Would highly recommend.

   Well deserved 5* plus. My beautiful bracelet broke and I went to another jewellers in Warrington and they told me it couldn't be repaired, which was really upsetting as it is sentimental to me, we went to Warrington Gold and Diamond and we were told it could be repaired and I was over the moon, I left it with Ryan and within 2 weeks I got my bracelet back which is beautifully repaired and nice and shiny again and not expensive. Nothing was too much trouble for Ryan and he kept me up to date with when I could expect it back. I am over the moon, thank you very much Ryan, we will certainly be back again to browse what you have for sale or if I need another repair. Highly recommend this independent shop.

   Ryan is a top guy, he bought some diamond and gold jewellery off me and also downsized a very special ring that belonged to my mum who recently passed away so I can wear it. He charges a fair price and is honest. He did an amazing job and I am forever grateful.
