On 29.8.25 I visited your County Road shop to purchase a Ladies Rotary Wrist Watch and your assistant Karen was so friendly and helpful to me!!! She went the extra mile to help me with my purchase and I really appreciated her genuine help. Especially as I had received poor service earlier that day at another Jewellers. I would highly recommend Miltons in County Road and i would certainly shop there again!!! So once again thank you Karen for your first class customer service.
I purchased my Rolex Datejust from this shop a few years ago. The bracelet was adjusted on the day, but I was never given back the removed links I argued I should have the links that were on the watch I purchased in the cabinet and they gave me one back after me refusing to purchase I was silly at the time to not push harder. I only discovered recently, when looking to sell, that two original Rolex links missing which they made me think belonged to them not me affects the watch’s completeness and resale value. For a luxury purchase, I would expect full transparency and to be given all original parts. Disappointing experience and something future buyers should be aware of - make sure you ask for your links back at the point of sale. Louise served me and I had to argue to even get one of my links back at the time that they took off. They cannot be trusted disgraceful behaviour. UPDATE: the store replied to say sorry my recollection doesn’t reflect that they returned my links. I have two witnesses from the purchase who were with me and thanks for cloying when the purchase took place I already know because I told you. Doesn’t make it any less of theft because I only know how it should be now. You obviously have dishonest staff working or who worked there and fail to admit your failures as a business!
