I took my Mum’s wedding ring in to be resized. Understandably it’s very precious to me. They reassured me that none of the ring would be lost, they just condense it to make it smaller. They did an amazing job and polished it up like new all in 2 hours. I’m absolutely delighted. Great price too. Thank you so much.
Incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient service! Resized my fiancée's ring same day, for an absolute steal of a price. It looks perfect, fits even better, and we couldn't be happier. They also managed to get a gem into my tension ring, despite it being a huge pain to do, and did it for free. 100/10, will never go to a different jeweller as long as I'm in Liverpool! Unbelievable service, absolutely fantastic experience. Could not recommend more.

I took my engagement ring in to be resized and the two ladies I spoke to were absolutely lovely, so helpful and I couldn’t believe that my ring was taken in, altered perfectly, polished and ready to be picked up in a couple of hours and all for a very reasonable price as well - would recommend their service to anyone! Took a broke in half eternity ring in to be seen if it could be fixed , staff lovely and very helpful, took in at 10am and collected at 4 pm I nearly cried when I got it back it looked brand new and you wouldn't of known it snapped in half they strengthened it so well and I am so pleased at it only cost £95 I thought I'd have to pay a lot more ! it's an heirloom and 18ct . One happy customer I won't go anywhere else now
Brilliant service! I took an engagement ring to be resized and a watch for some links to be removed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they completed the work in 90mins and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and couldn’t recommend enough.
After visiting another jewellers for a quote to fix my white gold diamond earrings and receiving an astronomical price, I went to A & M Diggle. Price quoted here was 1/4 of the quote i received at the previous place. It was clearly explained to me what needed fixing and how long it would take to repair. The whole process was quick and easy with friendly, trustworthy and knowledgable staff. Earrings are now all fixed with quality workmanship, you can’t even tell where the posts had snapped. I can now confidently wear them without fear of them breaking…all for a great price too. Highly recommend.
My mum died a few years ago & left me a lot of gold jewellery which I didn't wear. I came into Diggles as I had used them previously a number of years ago. From start to finish the process of handing over the old gold, to getting the rings, to payment was all seamless. The staff were fabulous & I can't praise them enough for the care & empathy they showed with regards to my mum's jewellery. The wedding rings were absolutely beautiful & what I was left with off the old gold paid for their service & I had a lot of cash off the old gold left over. For my 21st birthday, I wanted a High quality, unique, durable and reasonably priced gold chain. Diggle's staff were very helpful in showing me the different styles of chains available. I have also used their other services, valuations and cleaning. The valuation was quick and reasonably priced. The cleaning service was on the same day with an additional check of the condition of the jewellery. I am extremely happy with the services provided and the quality of the products that I have received. I would highly recommend them.
