   Avoid. They sell medium pizzas as large. If you call them to ask about it they will hang up on you. Ordered two large pizzas and as I've never questioned the size of a pizza before this time they just seemed too small. Ended up measuring them, one was 11,5 inches the other one barely 12 inches, that's basically 20% smaller pizzas that what I paid for. Tried to call to ask if they got the order wrong, after 5 min of waiting someone picked up the phone and in a rude manner told me that they made the order and that I'm wrong and hanged up on me. Also the pizzas are rubbish and everyone who lives here knows about it. There's so many good pizza delivery places around that this pizza hut cannot even compare to. We ordered it knowingly though as we had a munch for "dirty nasty fast food pizza", we didn't realise that we will be left hungry tho. Side note - don't get fooled by recent good reviews, they talk people into leaving them.

   I visited store yesterday and Kaushi served us. She was so nice and pleasant. Meat Supreme is my favourite and it was fresh and hot and well cooked. Surely visit again.

   We've ordered pizza tonight, with a time slot of nearly an hour ago. It hasn't come, no one is answering the phone and the confirmation email isn't showing progress. Not impressed, we can't even speak to anyone. (Pizza is usually good, but service/website hasn't been!)

   I ordered pizza and a side yesterday and there was a sweet little girl name Hafsa she suggested me a very good deal that made my meal even better. She made sure everything was fresh, correct, and ready on time. She was polite, professional, and even double-checked my order before handing it over. My order was prepared within 10 minutes. Outstanding service. I will definitely give her 5 stars for her service!

   I’m extremely unhappy that you have stopped accepting cash, especially when I specifically brought cash to place my order. Cash is still important. However, when I visited, the staff member who served me — I believe his name was Ali — was extremely polite. He explained the cheapest online deals and how easy it is to order for collection. Because of his excellent service, I will still give you five stars

   Absolutley dire. Website said food had been delivered 10 minutes before the knock on the door... Then the boxes were opened. One pizza seemed to have one bit of grated cheese spread across the entire pizza and the other, (that had sweetcorn as a extra topping), had 8 bits of sweetcorn over it's top. Rang to complain and were told, "there's nothing we can do, use the website and email to complain". We've eaten in at Pizza Hut before and never had a problem, but this was dreadful. Would we go to this brach again? Not a chance. Would we go to any Pizza Hut branch after this? Unless there was nothing else... dunno. Maybe it's just this branch that couldn't care less, but bear in mind Dominos and Papa Johns are both just up the road. Just saying.

   Do not bother ordering. We put an order in and never received it. We still haven’t got a refund or even an answer. We spent £50. When the order was 30 mins late we began to ring, an hour later we still haven’t had an answer. We have rang the store the following morning and afternoon and still nobody in the store has picked up the phone. We haven’t been able to talk to anybody let alone begin to get a refund for the food we never received. This is disgusting.

   Ordered x2 pizzas. Took over 20 minutes to be delivered (should be between 8/10 minutes regarding distance) It's barely warm and didn't have any seals on the box!!

   Avoid at all costs unless you’re looking for some aggravation to spice up the evening! Because believe me the customer service (lack of it) and food (if you’re lucky enough to receive it) will cause you, your family and friends nothing but trouble. We have always had awful experiences here and then left it for twelve months or so and thought “it must have changed” how wrong could we be, if anything it’s got worse! This was the very last time we will order with any Pizza Hut. If you’re looking for missing items, cold food (sometimes no food at all) delivery estimate times that are as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike, unanswered telephones, excuses about refunds, delivery drivers that can’t find addresses or give customers their correct orders and general bad attitude from all staff members, this place is heaven for you! To top it all off they send you an email asking about your experience which doesn’t allow you to submit your response! (truth must hurt) Our food was warm at best, my wife’s was mostly stuck to the lid of the box, the kids pizzas were crushed to the side and my vegetable Supreme looked like it had accidentally had a handful of veg spilled on it. It arrived 25 minutes after it should have and was then delivered to my next door neighbour, once my neighbour pointed the driver to our front door (we’ve put a door number on it to avoid any confusion!) the driver gave us the wrong order and walked off, it’s only because we called him back that he realised and then swapped it with our order that was also in his car! This take away and delivery is an absolute wreck, Pizza Hut - if you do read these reviews (and if not you should) you have a bunch of disinterested, demotivated people with no leader having a laugh with your Brand Name and Franchise! There are plenty of other small and large chain Pizza delivery establishments in and around the area that do a far better job and have the exact same business model. Do it properly or shut it down and give another business an opportunity.

   I live nearby the place and every time I pass, the small of pizza is so good. So I ordered from them for the first time and overall was okay. The pizza was delicious and ready for collection pretty quickly. The only thing I didn't like is that the pizza dough was kinda sweet. Especially the edges was very sweet.. more like a sweet dough rather than pizza dough.
