Ordered food at 5pm to have it arrive at 6.30pm stone cold. Phoned to make complaint to be told that I had to phone delivaroo to ask for a refund.
Apparently that's a stuffed crust pizza. It's no wonder they're closing so many restaurants, cheese is obviously the price of gold.
Went in with the two kids and two friends from the minute we walked in the door we were met with rudeness and an attitude that he wanted to finish early. Waited to be seated for 5 mins then to be told it was 2 hours before they close??? Asked if we had booked a table with the whole place more or less empty… the guy also told us “the salad bar was broken” but as we walked in watched them put everything out the salad bar and put it away. by the time we sat down we already decided this was definitely not going to be a good friendly service so we got up and left. won’t be back absolutely appalling staff.
Both large pizzas were extremely poor quality ,2 inch of crust then around 2 inch of sauce and very little toppings and I think the cheese person had the night off as the cheese was missing unless it was Gonda . Recently came back to pizza hut as first choice from papa John's and gave multiple positive orders . This tonight was really bad and will make us think twice about coming back when that's what you get for £25 . I know we are living in high cost times but stripping back your pizza toppings and no cheese It's a sorry state of affairs when it's profit over quality . These were the worst pizzas we have had for a long time ... I've added pictures so you can play spot the toppings . Also looks like Uber are delivering even when ordering directly with pizza hut .. thought the delivery driver knocked out door with a battering ram (3 separate times in under 20 second) but thankfully didn't wake the kids . Pizza Hut and now pizza in the wheelie bin .. poor show pizza hut
Cold pizza, no dips, abnormally large crust meaning very little topping and not cut properly so just tore to pieces. Absolute joke!
Collected an order from Pizza Hut. Lightening quick, ready in 10 minutes from placing the order to arriving in the car. Nice and hot like it should be. Both pizzas were kind of bland unfortunately
Pizza and sharing bread looked amazing - absolutely no flavour and minimal sauce. Really gone downhill. Sharing bread was overloaded with bland mozzarella, doused in the garlic crumb which was overkill (and we love garlic) Ordered via the app, trying to arrange a refund proving quite difficult. Literally eaten 2 slices. Guy we spoke to in venue was nice enough although no apology offered and told to go back on the app. Don’t think we’ll be ordering from here again unfortunately.
Always super busy this place but they seem to be seriously understaffed at peak times. They seem pretty stressed out so assume they're pushed pretty hard. Pizza is always class, always pleasant and polite staff. They always apologise for any delay due to them being busy. It's never an issue for me as I can see just how rammed with orders they are. Get the team more staff so they aren't panicking. Keep up the work though!
