   Ordered two pizzas yesterday. I could see on tracker that they are waiting for delivery driver for a longish time. When pizza finally came (15-20mins after expected time), both pizzas were squished and just warm. Usually, service is really good, but on this occasion, it was underwhelming.

   Please do not order food from here, they use their own drivers and the drivers claim to not know the area and therefore addresses. I waited on the pavement for thr driver to show up and he didn't, they were in the wrong area. According to Papa John's, this was my fault and they refused to give a refund. They will take your money and you won't get anything but stress in return, definitely not any food.

   Im not quite sure whats happened with this branch. Apparently its under new management., But i had no issues previously at the branch with delivery from weekdays to weekends. Now its a gamble toss if the food is even going to be here within an hour after ordering. Unsure if the new delivery driver just isn't familiar with the city as a whole. Only had to phone a couple times because the tracker keeps saying delivered but no one has chapped the door. worst instance for me was still waiting 32minutes after the tracker updated to "Delivered" status. But it seems the person answering the phone and handling complaints is on point in figuring out where the driver actually is. i would also like to point out tho! Food quality has not degraded but rather improved. They actually put sauce on the pizza when previously before new management took over, There was so little sauce yet it was packed with cheese. And this was without ordering extra of anything. Anyone ordering from here id expect you to to not have high hopes with delivery times. As more often than not., Food is arriving luke warm!

   Pizza tasted fine but man it was a really small 9" pizza for £15. 2x pizza and 6 chicken wings for 40. could get 4 or 5 dishes from a Chinese take away. Not worth it im afraid.

   Horrendous on all fronts. Terrible ingredients. Terrible pizza. Agree with the other reviews. Food safety, attitude, and awful pizza that had to be binned. Dislike posting anything negative but really I wish I had read a review like this so that I wouldn’t have gone through the trial of such appalling customer service, and waste of time and money on such rotten food. Such a shame.

   Literally the worst pizza I've had in my 42 years on this planet. Small and misshapen pizza that seemed like whoever made it truly hates their job. The side of cali bites tasted like mushy freezer burn, and the tots were ridiculously undercooked and mushy. I just... I just don't even know how pizza and fried food could get any worse. I can't believe I paid over 20 bucks for this. One good thing- the delivery driver was amazing and spot on; give this guy a raise.

   Food safety missing. Really disappointed with this order. The cookie didn’t have chocolate at all and the pizza came cold and like this.
