our visit to pizza hut was amazing. much better than we remember it not to mention the incredibly welcoming service from drew who was brilliant all throughout our shift. not just with us but every table he was away chatting to them and helping where he had to. brilliant service overall and really added to our experience
Took our football team here for end of season with 20 in total. Magdelina and team helped organise pre order so food was served really quickly, was good quality and couldn’t fault it. Great service, boys were made to feel welcome and sat in area which meant minimal impact on other diners as even though boys were well behaved always going to be a bit noisy. No complaint and huge thanks to the staff .
Amazing place with a positive vibe. The service is so good. The staff (specially manager) is very helpful and cheerful! We tried new veggie Sizzler which was out of the world! New loaded sweet chilli cheesy bite bites were also really good. And the salad was fresh and stocked.
The food and staff are always amazing. Every time we've gone, it's been quiet. My youngest daughter and I go regularly. Currently, with the summer holidays, the two big kids have been enjoying it as well. The kid's meal is good value. The price difference is a £1 to include a side. Mini Monster £7.99 & Big Monster £8.99. Sure, it's children eat free with the buffet after a certain time during the holidays. They love the free colouring sheets and salad.
Family group of five adults and two children booked teatime table. Welcome was warm and service excellent. We all had a very enjoyable meal and the time flew by.
The staff are very polite and friendly and helpful the restaurant is very clean and good service in there to the food nice and fresh to there lots space to sit in or u get a take away u get nice chilled drinks in here to a good car park to out side it and card payment only in here I would recommend this pizza hut
Waitress seated us them ignored us. Had to ask another girls to take our order. Was told to ask for the kids ice cream after our meal, but when I asked she just cleared the table and said nothing. I had to ask the manager for the bowls then was told just to use the salad bowl. Felt like we were Imposing for asking for things. Not very helpful or friendly at all. Especially for the price of it now! Don't think the customer experience is good at all!!
It was really quite expensive - over £60 for 2 adults and 2 kids no alcohol or desserts. And the pizzas weren't that great. We didn't book but were given a table straight away. Ordering is via the app and service was reasonable.
They are very conscious of seeing you sanitise, so I recommend doing it in plain sight. The Salad bar is out of commission at the moment including the Pizza and Ice Cream counter. 1 Complimentary salad comes with each main you order with a serving of Nacho Chips per table. We ordered the Veggie Pizza (forgot to take pictures) and the Chicken Bites (which were surprisingly tender). It's seems a hot spot for families from their clientele, but the reduced menu leaves you wanting; especially with quite a few items of a reduced menu unavailable, you're really limited with choice. The young lady serving us was sweet and lovely.
