   Was a regular user hut place has gone downhill massively in recent months. Food is coming burnt or cold. Condiments are scraped on like curry / cheese. Delivery times are an absolute joke. If you have a 2 hour waiting time for deliveries stop penny pinching and employ another driver. Wouldn’t order on Uber either; no chance of refunds or any sort of real time tracking. Another customer lost.

   Hi. I phoned an order in at 6.35 on sat. 30/8. 1 hrs 10 mins later still had nothing delivered. When we phoned to find out what's happening the girl said is that for an address that wasn't ours. When we gave our address there was a brief conversation off phone with one of her colleagues and she came back to tell us it would be another hour that they were busy. Now I can appreciate places been busy but 2 hours 10 mins for an order. Is ridiculous. Why didnt they mention any of this when they took the order i dont know.There was no apology at all even when we cancelled Shocking service

   Big Thanks to Nav who went beyond in rectifying my previous review. Food was fantastic tonight 29/03/23. I also give him 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We got 3 Special Fish Suppers tonight and all 3 of us were very disappointed. We were recommended to try Captains Kitchen but it was one of the worse fish suppers we have tried. One was very dark in colour and the other 2 were very pale in colour. The chips have been one of the worst I've had. The food did not stay hot for long. After 2-3 mouth fulls it was cold. No taste to the fish. Both fish and chips taste of cooking oil. Very over priced for the quality of the food. I spent over £40 and was expecting great food. I won't be getting anything from them again. I'm not sure if they had a off day today. Going by the comments on their website a lot of people rate them very highly. Sorry I had to post this.

   Burger meals great. Kids pizza meal not so much. Its fried,which is fine but hardly any cheese and no tomato sauce. Called and they sent out another but look exactly same...the pic on website looks nothing like it...lol see the difference...

   One of if not the best fish n chips I've had. Light crispy batter nice crunchy fresh chips absolutely magic. Stay not too far from here it's going to be dodgie for my weight after tasting that can you bar me please.lol. 10/10
