   Both my husband and I have just returned home from the Prague/ Vienna and Budapest holiday. I would like to thank Lav for making all the arrangements including flights, transfers and train connections everything went like clock work from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble for Lav in making the arrangements. He was so patient with me and did not rush me at all. He was really pleasant throughout and very well organised. I know first hand now why Viva has such a good reputation and I would not hesitate in using them again when booking another holiday. I would also like to say A big thank you to Taj who helped me the night before my flight when I was trying to check in with Ryan Air. I was extremely surprised someone picked up at 10pm. During my holiday I spoke to a lady and again she helped resolve an issue with no fuss. I would like to wish you a very happy Xmas thanks Julie and Paul

   I used Viva holidays to book a 3 week holiday in Egypt for November 2026 including 2 weeks at a dream hotel (Bellagio Resort, Hurghada) for 2 weeks [all inclusive] and a final week on a Nile cruise. A really good price and a good, well planned itinerary. It’s quite the operation is Viva- the buying part is done electronically and there are lots of safeguards built in – and it’s all legitimate. Nothing shady here! A special shout out for Hersha. He is a man of extraordinary patience and conscientiousness. Patience because in over a week of to-ing and fro-ing I changed not only the holiday length but the hotel and airport: about 4 changes of itinerary. Hersha was completely unfazed and speedily re arranged and priced each itinerary change. He was also able to give me great advice on hotels giving me links to a variety for me to browse. And when I checked on Booking.com the same hotel for 2 weeks came to the same price as the entire holiday (including flights!) that Hersha/Viva were quoting me. It was a breath of fresh air – I have had some pretty dire experiences with High Street travel agents: one memorable local branch (I won’t name them to save blushes) told me that if my proposed holiday wasn’t in the brochure they didn’t do them. Since then I have planned and bought my own holidays. How refreshing to have a travel company that takes my musings and tailors an exciting itinerary for me – and the end result is something cheaper than I can do myself – but I haven’t had to lift a finger!    We were searching and searching for our perfect Italian holiday, that wouldn't be too expensive but still had all the essentials you'd need for your trip. This is where Pankaj came in. He was so friendly and answered every single one of my questions with honesty and detail. He managed to find us exactly what we were looking for in such a short space of time, with added upgrades too! We couldn't have done it without him. For one whole price we've got train tickets, flights, accomodation, recommendations all in one. He truly was fantastic and he's even allowed me to keep in touch so that I can ask questions about the holiday further down the line.

   I am giving Harsha 4 stars because we have not gone on the holiday yet but the booking process has been absolutely flawless. Harsha amended out itinerary a few times because we had changed our minds on our custom made tour of Italy. Harsha was easy to work with and was also able to recommend adjustments to improve our holiday experience which I really appreciated. I can't wait for our trip to Italy in the new year.

   This review is for my booking experience with Viva Holidays. The holiday is yet to happen at the end of August 2023. I am very pleased with the service provided by Sakshi. She was extremely polite and pleasant every time we talked. She had a patience of steel to customise the holiday exactly how I wanted it. I had to ask few times for changes, about hotels, the days I wanted to stay in each city, train connections, flights, prices, etc. She gave me all the details, and kept being pleasant and polite all along. Very nice and knowledgeable chat with her about other future places to visit, including India, where she is based. I was a bit reticent at the beginning, not understanding why this company is based in India, having a London pnone number, but I overcame that to the point that I was thinking how nice it would've been to actually see Sakshi. Very very very pleased with the service provided by Sakshi. Now looking forward for my 7 days stay in Venice and Florence.
