“Superb little cinema . Lovely cafe, staff & seating areas. Excellent auditorium I visited the Phoneix Cinema for the first time October 2019 for an evening preview screening. It's a charming cinema with really well thought out layout and facilities and friendly, helpful and courteous staff . I noticed that they have a permanent ramp which is ideal for accessibility into the venue. The foyer is bright and welcoming, with lots of snack and drinks I even found Judes ice creams with the mango sorbet (£3.00) working well for me. There are lost of additional seating areas benches and chairs, so if like me, you're early, you'd have plenty of places to relax in. Upstairs the cafe is larger than it seems - I had a long seated alcove area all to myself around the corner. The food and drinks are really extensive even more so than downstairs, so a Belvoir Lemonade £3.00) was in order for me, though I would return when it's less busy during the day to enjoy the offerings. The auditorium is very plush and well cared for with great sound and comfy seats The ladies toilets on the ground floor were small but clean with plenty of mirrors, nice hand wash and cream though the hand dryer was rather lame as myself and other patrons laughed at. From East Finchley station (Northern Line) take the exit on the left by the ticket machines and walk ahead, there may be a mobile coffee van open, walk pass this to the corner and look left and you'll see the red neon sign for the Phoenix on the opposite side of the street, which is less than and 3 minute walk away.”

“The minute I met Sunaina I felt so at ease. She is an expert in her field and her warm demeanour makes you feel relaxed. She is also incredibly professional. I first had a very lovely massage with her to check out the salon and staff and was looking for laser but I was also a bit worried about the pain. She offered me a patch test and I felt nothing, no pain! Sunaina’s Soprano Ice machine is incredible and she is such a good therapist I went on instinct and booked in for everything laser. I am now 4 sessions in and I am blown away by the results. Sunanina takes her time, works with great integrity and the results speak for themselves. I feel much more comfortable not having to worry about hair removal and I am only halfway through. Highly recommend her demeanour, expertise, the salon and the quality of the results. “Always an amazing experience! My go to place for a Thai aromatherapy message and I normally come with my hubby and we do 1.5hrs. Yai and Nicky are both incredible and this experience was no different. I currently have a hamstring injury that Yai really spent time working on but still managed to give a thorough full body experience and managed to work out a lot of the knots. My husband said the same. Both are incredible at massages and we left feeling like new people! The beds are also heated as is the oil which is so nice and relaxing. The rooms are clean and the exterior noise so minimal and there is relaxing music playing.
