    Just received a delivery and I must say I've never met a man as rude . I opened the door and said hi and he just stared at me . Never said anything no hello . Take your food. or enjoy, just stared and held the bag open. I proceeded to take the food and they was a few boxes so when I tried to pull them out some were left behind. He grabbed the bag away quickly I had to say there was more in there and he practically through the two remaining boxes and dip at me.

    Wife ordered a single pizza by phone, went to pickup and they wouldn't accept cash so I paid by card and they charged for 2 pizzas. I requested immediate refund/cancellation and best they could do was I will be called in 3 to 4 days and asked to give my bank details for "reimbursement". Yeah right. Trust is gone, I won't ever order there again. Avoid.

    I had an amazing experience at this Domino's location! From the moment I walked in, the service was impeccable. I was fortunate enough to be served by Murron, who truly made my visit memorable. her professionalism, grace, and elegance shone through in every interaction. She handled my order with such care and attention to detail, making sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious, as always, but Murron’s outstanding service made this visit truly special. I highly recommend this Domino's, especially if you're lucky enough to be served by Murron! Five stars without a doubt!

    This is the second time I have been disappointed with Domino's. Using the App, it seems like the Pizzas had been out the oven and in Quality testing for ages, only for the Pizzas to arrive at the door around an hour after we ordered them, but still showing in Quality testing, and cold. Not worth the money, which is a shame as they used to be really good. Suggest, they get them out for delivery as soon as the are out of the oven, and delivered without too many stops.

    If I could review this place with no stars I would, a total disgrace of a store, Dominos should be embarrassed. I live 10 minutes away and it took more than 45 minutes from when it left the store to be delivered. Turned up freezing cold.

    Called in-store team because our address vanished off the system, preventing us from booking. They babbled about having to wait half an hour as they only had "less experienced" drivers at the helm at the time. End of call. Useless. We've had pizza delivered from here twice to this address, I've no idea why it's an issue now! Customer care team are useless as well, telling us we are out of range despite our next door neighbour being on the system (and geographically further from Tranent than us!) This bunch are absolutely hopeless.
