   I recommend visiting Pizza Hut on Fort Kinnaird! The sweet employee with the gorgeous name SCARLETT, who worked on Friday night, is wonderful! Good-natured, attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is warm, calm and soulful! They cook well and tasty here: the pizza is juicy, the salads are delicious, the sauces for the salads are tasty and not sour, unlike the hut on Hanover Street! And most importantly, none of the employees shouts, running around the hall, trying to attract incoming guests, unlike the hut on Hanover Street!

   Had a wonderful visit today, absolutely beautiful buffet variety, plus the salad bar is a very good option, to have extra toppings on pizza. The mgr + staff both checked on us, which was quite welcoming.

   I visited Pizza Hut with my family this week and we were really impressed. The food was tasty, fresh, and came out quicker than we expected, which was a nice surprise with hungry kids. What really stood out, though, was the service. The woman with the red hair and tattoos (pretty sure her name was Carly) was such a huge help. We got a little confused with the ordering, and she jumped right in with a smile, explained everything clearly, and made sure we got exactly that we wanted. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of, and it honestly made the whole visit that much better. Great food and even better service — we’ll definitely be back!

   Great lunch options especially if you have kids. The lunch buffet is great with a selection of salad and pizza and pasta. You don't have to wait around for the food and eat as much as you like. The location is perfect, with free parking, Shopping, lunch, perfect day out place.

   Last time we were at this pizza hut we had a bad experience, but todays visit was polar opposite to our last visit.. The server we had was absolutely brilliant. She spoke and played with our 6 month year old son, he absolutely loved the attention, she couldn't do enough for us.. The food was great and we didn't have to wait long, the salad bar was clean and well stocked.. All in all, it was a pleasant experience! We will definitely be back!

   Kids meal deal and adult meal with side. Salad bar was nice although missing cucumber but good offerings and fresh. The pizzas were delicious and the sides were tasty too. Service was a tad slow but expected as there were only 2 colleagues and they were closing early. Great visit, will be back!

   We attempted to dine in today, after a notice being presented on the door that the store would only be open 2-8 due to unforeseen circumstances we hung around and went in around 14:05, by 3:10 we left. The manager was pleasant enough and had explained they were short staffed, I expected a delay but not the delay today. Firstly why are customers still being forced to order online without any explanation of how to or explain the menus, I seen a lot of customers asking questions.. including us! We then ordered the buffet and placed our order as that just seemed hr easier option given the online functionality. We then went up to the salad bar and wondered where the buffet pizza was to then be explained it’s not on today! Poor service given your website has happily taken my monies. The manager then explained I could order my food and she would refund the difference of whatever was cheaper, 50 minutes later, all the tables around us fed and on desert I asked where ours was as we had another appointment to make and quite frankly how long can you keep a 1 year old entertained in a high chair hungry for 1 hour….. the manager then seemed annoyed I had asked where my food was. Another 10 minutes past and we were compelled to make the decision to have to leave, still not explanation from the manager as to where our food was. We ended up having to go to the tills to ask our order be cancelled. The manager explained they were short staffed again and mistakes happen, she said when I brought your food out I was going to refund you. By this point we had to leave due to our next appointment 80 minutes later, no food, terrible customer service, no offer to box our food to take, after all we have paid for it! Guess we just need to wait for the refund. Terrible service and possible with an explanation from a waiter or manager we could understand but all chased by us, the paying customers! Poor poor poor service.
