    What had the potential to be a disastrous evening where we paid nearly £60 for a drink dispenser that only had diet left and a salad bar that was nearly empty with absolutely no dressings turned into a moment of delight with Grace and Phoenix going out of their way to make up for it with their service. Food was okay. But their service and willingness to go above and beyond for the customer brought this from a 2 star to 4 star experience.

    We came with our two grandsons and daughter for a birthday. With two young children it was important to have a relaxed space with lots of kids options and pizza hut was great! Our servers Atashi, phoenix and Grace were very helpful with our requests and we liked the salads and pizzas. Only feedback would be to make it easier for prams to enter the building as we had trouble entering through the North bridge door.

    I had a great experience at Pizza Hut today. We chose the buffet, and everything was fresh, tasty, and constantly refilled. The service was excellent Thomas, was very friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a pleasant visit and we’ll definitely be coming back!

    I love this place, everything from the food, to the service, to the overall vibe of the place! We were originally going to go to KFC.. but I'm so glad that we switched where we went, it was truly lovely. The food was top-notch, the chef did a fantastic job with this. But, the bit that I loved the most had to be our server, she was super polite and helpful, and she could have a laugh with us too! Something I haven't seen a server do in a long time! Really brightened my day, love this place, and the people working there. You're amazing :)

    Came here with my Polish in-laws. It wasn't too busy thankfully, meant there was less noise so I could try and translate for them. It was quite slow service. And there was plenty missing from the salad station. I had to wait for ages to find a staff member to ask for ice-cream bowls too. The pizza was decent though. Everything else was quite mediocre. Definitely the place was short staffed. Wouldn't come back, but wasn't the worst experience I've ever had.

    I had the lunchtime buffet after a long 6 hour drive, and the food was great, and the waitress Sherry working was rushed off her feet but was amazingly attentive to every table in the restaurant, and the chef constantly had fresh pizzas coming out. Probably the best service I've seen across any of the pizza huts I've visited across the UK.

    My family and I entered after a long walk around Edinburgh. 5 of us were greeted at the door by George who seemed busy and somewhat flustered but very polite and cheerful. George told us that there would be a wait of around 20-30 minutes for a table, we discussed our options and decided to wait. Once our table became available we were swiftly seated and served with a smile. It began to become clear that our server, George, was doing everything himself. I was in awe! Thank you, George!

    I ordered online 20 minutes ago and when I arrived the shop it is closed. Their online system is so amazing, shop is closed but can still take your order/money without giving you your food. This is a fault and don’t ever rely on their ordering system.

    Free vegan pizza, but only for per group, not per person(which is not clarified). The gluten-free pizza is a bit harden, I will not recommend that. But the flavours are good as always! Also the salad bar is so big with all kinds of vegetables and snacks you could imagine! I love the salad bar. My friend also recommend the white spaghetti, she loves it. Also, the cookie and cream dough is sooooo good, a bit sweet, but awesome!
