Arrived after 1 hour 20 minutes, when they'd said it would take 40 minutes in total, Required 3 chaser phonecalls before they sent it, And it was freezing cold. Requested a refund but just gave us a £10 voucher which isn't good enough - We paid £27 for cold pizza after 100 minutes.
The staff here really went above and beyond to get my food to me. There was a mix up with my delivery and the delivery guy delivered my food to god knows where. I called the pizza hut and the lady was very understanding, remade my order and made sure it got to me. It might seem like such a small thing but it really made my day especially as I hadn't eaten all day. IYKYK, it's easy to get annoyed when hungry so thank you to the staff that listened to me.
Vanisha at the Morningside branch was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I was a bit stressed while deciding what to choose, but she took her time to explain everything clearly. She also made a lovely and delicious pizza. Thank you, Vanisha! ❤️
You know what? When all the students are gone, and the deals flys left right and centre? £10 pizza hut deal, main pizza, side and drink feeds two souls. The pizza slicer could have been better though.
The pizza was probably the worst pizza I have ever had delivered it was hard as rock and wasn’t even cut properly I tried calling the restaurant but I gave up after the 27th call it seem they have taken the phone off the hook so can’t receive calls. The delivery guy was very kind and helpful I had to call him and he got the pizza replaced but the 2nd pizza was the same as the previous. I will never order from here again
Brilliant, no Johnny foreigners working here, mostly scottish. It's good to be able to actually speak to someone in Pizza hut Edinburgh, using english, rather than eeeeeeeeh, pizza, want because, also isn't is, eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh. WHAT??????
Came in for lunch at 13:40. Place was deserted, and nobody serving or in the kitchen. Gave up and went somewhere else.
We've had Pizza from this takeaway for over a year now. The food has always been consistent & the offers have been a great bargain. The staff behind the counter are very friendly & laid-back. The pizzas are never over cooked or under done. There is a real lack of decent takeaways in Edinburgh, and this one tops most of them!
Awful service! Phoned up to update my order (as I had made an error), lady picked up the phone and said it was macdonalds to which I apologised and put the phone down. Then I looked again and realised I did have the right number so I phoned again and someone picked the phone up, listens to my voice and puts it back down again! Tried phoning up once more (now furious) to which no one answered…no idea what was going on but awful service, Pizza Hut needs new staff and certainly get rid of the female who answers the phone on a Saturday evening as it’s put me off ever ordering from them again!
Only gets 1/5 because the food at least tasted okay. Was told my order would be 15 minutes, but only got my food after waiting for 43 minutes. If I hadn’t been in such a rush to get away once I finally received my order, I would have noticed that it was barely lukewarm. Almost as if the order had been prepared but then left on the counter to be forgotten about, whilst other delivery orders were prepared. Don’t know why I bothered. Definitely won’t be bothering again.
