   We used Lightfoot Travel for our family holiday to Singapore and Vietnam. I worked with Sophie for our holiday, and she is simply amazing! Sophie and I had many conversations, over the phone and over email. Sophie requested we initially had a telephone call to discuss what I was looking for. This was the best thing to do, to start off our holiday itinerary journey!!! I explained the personalities of my family, our requirements and desires. Sophie listened to this and came back with various proposals. Together we tweaked the hotels, the trips and timings to create a WONDERFUL holiday. We have 2 teenage children who are like chalk and cheese, but we all came home and said how we created some amazing memories. This is something that still makes me smile. I would not hesitate in using Lightfoot Travel again and I am always telling all my friends and family how great they are. I would love to have Sophie on speed dial for all my holidays to be honest!!!

   It was the best decision we made when planning the family trip to China. Diana did an amazing job curating a well-balanced itinerary that took into account the needs and interests from everyone. The local guides were attentive and patient, the hotel suggestions were on point. LightFoot did the heavy-lifting on the planning and logistics so we could focus on taking care of the kids and enjoying the trip together as a family. Highly recommended.

   Lightfoot organised our trip to Thailand and they were meticulous. Every place we went to was amazing, the staff on the ground collecting us from the airports and hotel were so helpful, always on time and lovely. Sophie did an amazing job booking every hotel, flight, transfer etc for us and was also happy to include the separate plans we made on our own into our overall itinerary which we accessed through the app. When we left some things in one of the hotels they arranged for them to be couriered to us to meet at the next hotel up north which was amazing! We would definitely use Lightfoot again and I cannot recommend them enough!

   We booked a family trip to Rwanda with Lightfoot Travel and this was one of the most amazing trips we have ever done. The itinerary that Lightfoot Travel has put together was fantastic and included exploring the capital Kigali, Nyungwe Forest, one of Africa‘s oldest rainforests, and chimp and gorilla trekking in the wild. The hotels they had chosen were simply amazing, we were taken care of from the second we stepped onto Rwandan soil throughout the whole trip. They work together with a local agency that was equally amazing. We had chosen to do the overland trips by car in order to see as much as possible of the country and due to our patient, fun and knowledgeable driver/guide we learnt so much. I should also point out that the trip was totally catered to our needs and preferences and they never got tired of our questions during the planning phase. We were given advice from clothes to bring to how to behave during the Trekkings which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend Lightfoot Travel for everyone who is interested in exploring beautiful corners of our world off the beaten track.

   We used Lightfoot Travel for our Honeymoon in 2016 and have never looked back. They are head and shoulders above other luxury travel firms that we have used in the past. Sophie has always gone above and beyond to help us out and make sure we had all the latest tips and local knowledge. Her knowledge is like an encyclopedia! She was super helpfl particuarly for our trip to Sri Lanka and the Maldives and got us a room upgrade with amazing little treats at each of the hotels we stayed at. Our guides have always been amazing and the hotels faultless. We love lightfoot and can't wait to use them again when this virus scare is over. Lightfoot will spend so much time with you to design your travel iteinerary and go out of their way to make sure it is perfect, so when you do get the final version you won't be able to sleep until you take off! We love.
