“Stayed here a few nights with husband and 2 small kids aged 3 and 6. Our room had 2 double beds and a shower room with shower gel and shampoo. Black out blinds and little fridge and kettle . The bed was clean and very cozy. We had booked last minute and was greeted by Harry on front desk. Who was very welcoming and smiling. It was the start of a wonderful first stay. The suna and steam room are great size and lovely . And the swimming pool was great and good temperature for the kids. Good transport links to the greenwhich o2. Our stay came with breakfast. Great options and fresh food. Lovely service especially form a young slim black boy with short hair, Indian lady and a girl from Hong Kong named Anisha. Was all lovely … no complaints. Chinese restaurant round the corner as we didn’t stay for dinner only had booked breakfast. Would return. Thank you!”

“I booked the service well in advance to take my family to and from a concert at Wembley Stadium. My communication with Joanne in the office was great. It turns out I needed the car for longer than expected and she worked with me on the rate to make sure we were able to get to where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. Our driver was Dragutin and he was excellent. He was friendly, funny and engaging during the ride. I also had requested he return after dropping us off so we could leave some things in the car and he was very accommodating. He came right back and didn't make us feel like we were inconveniencing him at all. I would absolutely hire this company again next time we're in London. Excellent service and excellent people!”

The itinerary that Lightfoot Travel has put together was fantastic and included exploring the capital Kigali, Nyungwe Forest, one of Africa‘s oldest rainforests, and chimp and gorilla trekking in the wild. The hotels they had chosen were simply amazing, we were taken care of from the second we stepped onto Rwandan soil throughout the whole trip. They work together with a local agency that was equally amazing.
