Really good food, both pastas were spot on! This is a true Italian family run restaurant, for location, quantity and quality the prices are great. The only constructive feedback, which is very much personal preference-I would’ve preferred a mix of green and black olives. Full marks!

Chance find on Google when craving for pasta. With tempered expectations we walk into this petite restaurant. The staff were friendly and the restaurant extremely clean. We ordered the Al Sugo and Vongole with a side of garlic bread. Everything was nicely prepared and tasty, the pasta was cooked perfectly. We ended having dessert as well and the affogatos were delicious too. So glad we found this gem. Thanks to the wonderful staff!

Excellent, cozy restaurant. I'm not an Italian food expert, but my Spaghetti Bolognese was outstanding as we the Chocolate Delight dessert. Well priced, right across from Queen's Hall. Reservations definitely needed especially on weekend.

Great little Italian. Family who run it are very welcoming and friendly. Pizza is delicious, authentic Italian pizza. Carbonara was amazing would recommend that. Were happy to split pasta and pizza between us. Prices good for the quality of food you get. Will making this my new local!

Last Friday, I went to try the @rigatonis_edinburgh restaurant, a family business. Being Italian it was my interest to enjoy a lunch of traditional Italian food but unfortunately, even if Mrs Maria offered the best customer service, contrary to the owner that behaved really racist and rude way. He thought that since I am black I could steal the watch that he forgot in the customer toilet and shouting to the wife to stop me to go before I could behave like a criminal: it was a really bad feeling. Since I am Italian I could understand everything. I gave the watch back a few seconds after I saw it in the toilet. The last time I was treated so, was in italy. You can run a business with this kind of closed mind, without even apologising for the manner. Rude man! Go back to Italy, you shouldn't live in this city. Also, I had my foot broken and wearing a moon-boot and crutches. It wouldv be almost impossible to run away with your watch. I have been living in this country for six years and this the first time after Italy thatvsomeone treats me so. However, I love food! The pizza was well cooked and dressed, probably the squids’ breeding was really poorly prepared. My macchiato coffee was one of the best I drank so far in Edinburgh. I am sorry for them with his manners that business won't open for long. You can cook the best food in the world but it you are an racist doesn't make your food taste better. #racist #racistowner #italianirazzisti #italiansbadtemper #rudemanager #badrestaurant #edinburghrestaurants #campania #napoletaniallestero #napoletani #goodfood #ilikepizza #ukrestaurants #squid #macchiato #closedmindedpeople #italiansabroad #italianfoodinedinburgh #rigantoni
