Terrible customer service. Received the wrong order twice in one week. When calling to explain no apology offered and asked for fresh chips as the others would be cold whilst waiting on replacement pasta , I was told to have the wrong pasta ready to hand back which is fine and would have to charge for the chips. Unbelievable
Took exactly 3 hrs between order confirmation and the door bell ringing. Had time to call a dozen times, with not 1 answer, walk round to the shops, buy a pizza, cook it, eat it and then la fav arrived stone cold. There are several superior quality pizza places in town that don’t have the consistent ordering, delivery and service problems of La Fav. Do yourself a favour and use one of them.
Late deliveries, very impolite and unhelpful staff. Most of times pizza arrives cold, as they fail to deliver on time
Delivery is always late at least 30-35min and when called to ask what’s happening, staff is always very rude and says “they don’t know when it will arrive”. Today as not an exception. Women on the phone wouldn’t even say sorry. She just said “I don’t know”
It is one of the best Italian woodfired pizza i have tasted in Edinburgh. Will surely try it again.
Delicious authentic Italian cuisine,you don’t need to go to Italy to taste the best. Staff are friendly, definitely will go back when in Edinburgh.
Been here 3 years ago and decided to visit again since I loved the food. Calzone and Lasagna are still very good! Definitely better than in other Italian cafés here! Waiters extremely attentive and service is fast. The café is currently open to visitors to dine in!!!
Service was wonderful and the pizza was amazing! One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had outside of Italy. If you’re getting sick of pub food and want to switch it up, this is a great place to go!
Super yum wood fired pizzas and they also have a build your own, option where you add whatever you like and scran down on your favourite combo. Highly recommended!! Sit in or take away right next door.
For £11 you can get a starter and a main course. I got the caprese salad and a burger and it was delicious. The salad was very fresh with a light olive oil taste. Burger was on point and the bread was made of potato, which is nice. Another nice place to eat at Leith Walk.
