Driver shows up after waiting a hour with no hot bag just hands me a freezing cold pizza that I pay £36 for discusting service and freezing cold food no wonder papa John's pizza company closes ans reopens and closes again stay away from this company especially the Cheltenham road one
I paid £25 for a large ham and mushroom pizza, + jalapeños and cheese, and they brought me a pizza with hardly any toppings. Do you think consumers are stupid?
i feel like a lot of ratings come from deliveries, which have been butchered by the delivery service and not the restaurants itself, i've come to the place, ordered a large pepperoni pizza, the nice chap made it really good and really quickly, the pizza was still perfectly warm after my 20 minute walk home. papa johns, they do it better!
On the off chance this branch get your order right, yiu can be assured that it will not be cooked properly. After many experiences of incorrect orders, missing items, and under cooked food, I think it is safe to say that this branch is poorly managed and unreliable at best.
Utterly vile. If you imagine Domino's taking the cheapest possible ingredients for both the pizza base and the toppings, this is the pizza you would end up with. Disgusting!

Never tried before Papa Johns pizza so I didn't know what to expect but the delivery which I've got classified this pizza as one of the worst which I ever had in my life. Greasy with cheap quality cheese pizza, not done on the stone, pre-made frozen dough. There was no taste which I will enjoy even for a second - I could just taste the awful cheap quality ingredients and grease everywhere. I've got 2 dips: garlic-herbs and "special garlic". Garlic herbs was just alright but "special garlic" was absolutely awful because it tasted like melted butter without any taste. I never had that awful sauce to anything what I ate in my whole life. The price is just ridicules. I know Papa Johns and other chain restaurants just need to be order with discount but nearly £15 for such a terrible experience?! The best pizzas in Bristol with the highest quality ingredients are cheaper than this and I was expecting higher level than just a cheap kebab pizza!

The 1 Star is due to the pizza being hot and had a good flavour. The 2nd star is for the hard working driver that was extra kind and was doing everything he could in regards to the position they placed him in. Now, about the store, their customer service, and their way of working they deserve a BIG FAT ZERO . From what you can see in the images we had ordered at 18:57 and requested the Delivery for 21:15. We only got one email confirmation that the order went through and that was it. The time was 21:48 when the shop never picked up the phone even when i was on hold for 23minutes and 11 seconds. We were a minute away from ordering something from deliveroo when surprisingly the driver rang the door bell! He was very kind and apologised and explained that they only had 3 drivers and many orders. The shop should AT LEAST answer their phone and inform customers on their order status.
