   Wrong order. I called Domino's and they said that I would have another pizza then correct order, for free. My first order was at 19:00. It's 22:00 now and I haven't received my pizza yet. Unprofessional behaviour. Try elsewhere.

   This is how my pizza arrived, clearly the delivery driver ate a slice, probably tried to make it look like he didn’t and broke 2 slices while trying it. I called Dominos asking how long the delivery would take as it had been 20 mins past the expected delivery date. Because I had already called them it was the first number in my recent call log and I called them immediately after opening the pizza saying what had happened. They told me to complain via Uber eats as that’s what I used, but after checking Uber eats it was a dominos delivery driver who had delivered it to me. He arrived late and was smirking the whole time when he delivered it to me. Not going to order again from here.

   My order was completed pretty quickly however was then left to get cold for over half an hour before it was sent out for deliveryans i think thay was only becausei called to ask where it was. Spoke to I presume the manager who put me on hold then said its just on its way a couple of minutes ago. I asked if the food would be cold as it seems to have sat for over half an hour and he lied and told me it had just been made.. Tracking was updated to being delivered. Food got here disgusting and luke warm if that!! Called back to be offered a replacement pizza nothing else. Then told if I send it all back ill get it freshly made. My kids ate some of it cold as they were hungry. I asked for a refund to be told they do not do that and had the offer of a pizza being sent out for my one being returned.... useless and unhelpful!

   Terrible Experience – Avoid! I spent over £80 and waited 2 hours, only to receive just the side order. Called the store and asked for a refund — they refused and said they’d send an extra pizza instead. An hour later, they returned with the pizzas and the same cold sides from earlier. Awful service, long wait, and no proper resolution. Never ordering from here again.

   Spent around £35 2 hours and it Didn't arrive and the shop was very unhelpful and were very rude when I called the first 3 times to ask where my food was, then several more times to ask for refund, which the shop hasn't said whether or not I'll get the money refunded

   Yeah don’t bother. Your pizza won’t turn up and its easier to get an appointment with an NHS dentist than a refund.

   The food took over an hour and 15 minutes to arrive (despite what the app said) and when it did the food was cold and dips were missing. The store staff on the phone were short and rude. I don't expect much from a fast food takeaway but this was extremely poor.

   Fantastic pizzas. Arguably the best Domino’s of the city. They have such a convenient ways to order and they open until that late that there is no excuse. Usually there are some promos running that will make your order even more economic. The only downside would be the lack of variations; most of them are different combinations of meats. Would be awesome to get some “white” pizzas or some quatri-fromaggi It’s not their fault though. Great place!

   We were not impressed. I put a order in at around 2.30pm for a pick up at 6.45pm plenty of notice nothing too complicated. When I got there I was made to wait for 20 minutes before being spoken to only to find out that they couldnt find me when they did they hadnt when started it this I was there for an hour before I got my food & when we got it it was over cooked & slightly burnt I couldnt ask for a refund as they disnt do refunds in that branch. My husband has the photos unfortunately as my phone was out of charge.
