Super tasty food and drinks, inviting and friendly atmosphere, staff are amazing and so kind and accommodating. This place has become mine and my partners favourite place for food in Glasgow, would definitely recommend visiting!! :)

Decent prices for the food during lunch. The place is really neat inside and I recommend trying it, especially at lunch time. Food was okay.

Really nice restaurant. I loved the inside. Food was really reasonably priced and quite big with the portions. Staff are very friendly too. I recommend eating here if you like Japanese food. Ramen is priced at £14 for a full bowl and £7.50 for a half bowl. Katsu curry is priced at £14 per meal.

#30daystosaveMikaku. We came here for lunch today after reading that, there may be an unfortunate chance Mikaku will be closing due to the cost of living issues. Mikaku is a great family based restaurant as it has the kids softplay in the back, which sets it apart from other family friendly restaurants as there is a safe place for children to play within the establishment and keep them entertained during your visit. We arrived for our booking early and were able to be seated right away, Our server Amy was lovely not over baring and let us take our time to settle in before asking us if we were ready to order. Our order was very quick in coming out, about 5-10 minutes after we had ordered, the food (cauliflower karaage, chicken Gyoza) when it arrived was luke warm considering how quickly it came out of the kitchen and if it hadn't been for the sauces unfortunately it would have been really bland with a few tweaks this could be rectified, although the cucumber salad was rich in flavour. On previous visits and trying the ramen bowls these were rich in flavour. The kids bento box was very similar although more flavourful, it was also Luke warm. All in all we spent less than £25 which is a reasonable price with them offering 20% off food and drink over the 30 days. For families looking to relax while out with children I would recommend giving this place a try if you are looking for something to suit the kids needs. If closed it will be a great lose for family focused restaurants in Glasgow. Staff are lovely as they do not hover over you a lot during the meal which is something I enjoy and are easy to attract should you need their attention for something. Hopefully there will be opportunity to return in the future.

I was looking for something on my lunch break and searching the area I came across this gem. I checked the website menu, and saw multiple things I would like. Prices really inticed me in too. (the website Menu hasn't been updated with the new prices) again the prices are still very good, but if the website is wrong, it's not a good look. Service was very quick and friendly. Water was brought out with menu and utensils. There's a great variety to choose from. I had the Japanese inspired sour soda. Chicken ramen and chilli wings. The were exactly hot chilli wings should be!!! HOT and SPICY. Food tasted amazing and in general the whole place has great sense of Japan and their culture. Would definitely come back.

I booked a table online for a dinner with friends. We ordered a mixture of starters and a main course each. We had one bottle of wine, 5 beers, 1 glass of wine and a gin and tonic . Very good value for money the total bill was £119. The food was very tasty and served hot. I would definitely recommend this place.

-design of the place very unique and cool -food was delicious and very filling, took quite a while but they had issues with staffing that day -broad range of both alcoholic and non alcoholic drink options with many cocktails available. -any cocktails we ordered looked amazing. -very diverse menu and overall a great place to go if you want to try some new items

First time visit We didn't book a simple walk in at first they couldn't fit us in but the manager reorganised his bookings so we could be seated. Would definitely book next time and guarantee a seat. The food and atmosphere was fantastic the place was buzzing even on a Monday night. 3 of us a bottle of wine and a couple of soft drinks for the designated driver £50. Not only was every dish beautiful and tasty we all left stuffed. Will definitely be back!

An amazing Japanese street food place, with beautiful cocktails and excellent service. States on menu that portion size are a bit smaller but this was not the case. We ordered 2 starters, wings, a main and side to share between two of us and this was more than sufficient. Restaurant is beautifully decorated and well worth a visit if you want a taste of Asia.

I ordered the pumpkin katsu curry and it was delicious! It arrived really quickly, the servers were also all wonderful and lovely. I had an oat milk latte and apple gyazo as well, and they were both amazing. The decor for the restaurant is really cool and gives it a very authentic feel
