   always organised and there seems to be a good understanding of what the staff are doing , always pleasant , always served with good efficiency and i have never had any reason to moan or complain , i have been a customer for years and i enjoy making the walk to the shop as it is part of my weekend getting my fish supper sometimes two nights in a row , keep going guys , and before i forget i even enjoy getting called fatty , and the boss actually looks like the super mario on the bags ... true

   Great value with good homemade cooked food, a meal deal consisting of a toasties and soup at £8.00 is well worth it, their homemade soup is excellent. Worth a visit

   Always grab pizza from here it’s lovely have to say it makes the best one in the area :) I ordered a mushroom pizza with stuffed crust it arrive on time also very hot cheese was melted and it tasted fantastic would definitely grab a pizza from here again

   Decent food but that Karen who apparently thinks she's the boss of the shop is a vile person with no customer service whatsoever. Shouting down the phone arguing. Got my order wrong and won't fix it. The cheek from her was unbelievable. Won't be back Purley because of her. Shocking staff member.

   Very rude Karen's in there. Quality is up and down as food can be dry at some times and other times decent. Customer service is pish though. I'd pay more for javitts just because their customer service isn't rank.
