got pizza the other day, and i picked it up the employee with the black hair she was very kind and had amazing customer service. overall the food was nice. definitely recommend
Worst pizza I’ve seen ever received. When talking with manager, first he refused to give his name but after soo many time asking he give me name (Sam) he just giving as excuse to about pizza and making processed even the pizza is very dry and not even cooked chicken …..really bad experience with…never come back
I recently visited (or ordered from) Pizza Hut in Ladywell, Livingston, and I was really impressed. The team there had a vibe of real dedication and friendliness, which made the whole experience better than typical. First off, the staff were welcoming from the moment I arrived/placed my order. They seemed to genuinely care about getting things right, not just going through the motions. The place was kept clean, the food came out looking good, and the flavours were spot on. A special mention to Farooq from the service team — WOW every time. He went above and beyond. Farooq did more than just serve: he checked in to make sure everything was okay, made sure I got what I ordered, corrected small issues with a smile, and made me feel like a valued customer. His positivity stood out in a way that made the meal feel more than just “food + service”—it was nice, personal, and friendly. If I were rating: Food quality: 8.5-9/10 Service (overall team): 9.5-10/10 — thanks largely to Farooq Cleanliness / atmosphere: very good Value: good for what you get Overall, I’ll definitely be returning and will recommend this branch, especially if the service team keeps up the effort. Ordering takeaway from this Pizza Hut was a fantastic experience! The process was quick and easy, and my order was ready right on time. The staff at the counter were super friendly and efficient. Most importantly, the food was incredible—my pizza was still piping hot when I got home, and it tasted amazing. The crust was perfect, and the toppings were fresh and generous. I highly recommend them for a great takeaway meal!
Don't trust the opening times. This branch is hardly open. Not sure how they get away with it. They close early and still accept orders which you never receive. You have to go through support for a refund. Their email that they leave on the door, they never answer to. They gave us a £15 voucher as a sorry. Too bad we can never use it as this bunch never want to work! Joke of a branch and a franchise. Just go to Domino's instead.
Usually no problems however ordered in the branch this time and waited on food. Ordered two pizzas, only one was correct the other was plain with neither of the toppings I asked for. Didn’t realise until I got home and when I tried to call the branch I could l not get through at all. Ridiculous!!! Ended up just giving up and eating the plain pizza, what annoyed me more than the wrong order was the fact I could not get through on the phone after being in the store 10 minutes prior and see if they were not too busy!
We ordered Pizza 2 days ago, still not arrived! I must have tried to call 20 times now and no answer!! I checked my bank account and they have taken the money!! They really need to stop taking taking orders and leave a message to say you are closed!!! Have had to email the main pizza hut email to get my money back but they said will take upto 5 days to get back to me, shocking service!!!!!
