   The food was great so no complaints there however the service was shocking! We were stood waiting to be seated for ages despite the place being empty. After we were seated everything was fine we used the app and got our drinks. However when our food came out our server very loudly complained about how we changed the toppings on our pizza and why would we even order the original to change it. The restaurant was empty so we heard every word said. The same young female with brown hair and glasses left the nozel off of the drink machine so when my partner went to refill his drink he got absolutely soaked with juice. She didn't acknowledge it or even apologise we were felt feeling very annoyed and uncomfortable so we left. Very unfortunate as I had been there quite a few times and always enjoyed it.

   During my recent visit to Pizza Hut, I had an awesome experience thanks to my server, Caren. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a big smile that made me feel welcome. Caren was super friendly and always checked to see if I needed anything, like refilling my drink or suggesting what to order. Her recommendations were really good, and it was clear she loved the food there. Overall, Caren made my meal even better, and I can't wait to go back to Pizza Hut again!

   Me and my family came here and it was great. The food was amazing and the workers were nice. It was mainly self service as u scan a wr code to order and pour your own salad and ice cream which is nice. The food came out decently fast and was okay priced.

   Thought we would get food before our movie and it's been a while since any of us have been to a pizza hut. Thus we ended up here. We were seated quickly and everything was explained about how it's all online now and payments are online also. So no cash. Was a little tricky to get our attendants attention at some points but understandably busy doing other things. There's always something to be done. App is a little dodgy. We ordered drinks and I saw it being added to the list but then when it came to final order, some things had just disappeared, so be a little wary about it and double check before you put everything through. Food arrived promptly and was nice. Although I was surprised about the price of things including a 330ml can being almost £4! Yet everyone enjoyed their food. Not sure the ice cream machine was fully working as it was pretty runny. But all in all everyone enjoyed their meal. Hope you enjoy yours. Enjoy.

   Absolutely loved our dinner. Danniel and Louise were so helpful and friendly and my son and I had a lovely time and reckons it’s the best pizza he ever had. The new cauliflower flatbread was super spicy and delicious, highly recommend if you like it hot. This is our favourite Hut branch, we are always happy when we get to come here.

   There wasn't a wait to get seated, which is always good. The option to order online from the table is also good as the staff are sometimes busy. The food is always good. I also enjoy the salad bar!!!

   Was brought to the table and we asked for the buffet and was told they would prefer if we ordered from the app instead but no where on the app did it have an option for tap water! The server was very bland and didn't smile or look like they wanted to be there! The food was ok It would be nice if the names of the pizzas were beside each pizza as I grabbed a few slices of one with BBQ sauce for the base which I don't like so that was a waste! It's ok for a quick visit if you're going for the buffet, staff could do with being more engaging and smiling once or twice!

   For this first time I felt bad for Pizza Hut food. I would never visit this place again. Half cooked onion rings and half baked garlic bread. Pizza was dry as well. I hope Pizza Hit will look into this. Pizza Hut in Dundee Kingsway is much better than this.
