   Great food, generous portion sizes, halal and vegetarian options are available! I ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki rice which was perfect, not too spicy, a little bit sweet which works for me. And my friend ordered the miso Ramen, a really big serving portion size. Halal and vegetarian options are clearly listed in the menu. We were seated immediately and waited about 20 minutes for our food. We got the rest of our food to go, and they gave us environmentally-friendly Tupperware and insulated branded to-go bags for free!

   The food was delicious! I had one of their vegan ramens and was so happy to have so much choice, my partner had a meat ramen and was also very happy with it. The service was quick, friendly and efficient. We sat at the bar table and had a great view of the kitchen which was super interesting and a fun experience!

   First meal after arriving in Edinburgh, they are kind enough to welcome us at the last order timing. We ordered the halal option Chicken Ramen and it was delicious. The owner is also very friendly. Price is a little on the pricier side but the portion is veryyy big.

Great vegan options clearly marked in their own section on the menu, staff were knowledgeable of ingredients too which made me confident in the vegan options. Great size portions too. Loved the music choices too. We visited twice in our four day trip to Edinburgh

   I enjoyed everything we ordered and had at Maki & Ramen. Sushi was fresh and delicious with perfect rice. Ramen flavors and boodles were amazing. The staff were very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant.

   Ramen was good for taking photos only. Noodle was cooked too soft, soup was not rich enough but salty and I only got 2 thin slices of pork. At such a price, I’m not going for second time. Sorry.

   Delicious ramen and starters. We fell in love with Little Moons desserts, amazing! The experience was unforgettable, we had a great time. Staff was really kind, professional and fast. Food was just amazing, splendid, made with love. The restaurant is also very cute. Highly recommended, we will be back.
