The “Box” can be inconsistent but tonight was exceptional! The salt & chilli pork ribs are always delicious, Singapore noodles too, but the pork fried rice was the star, redolent of twice-fried pork belly and flavour. The assorted dim sum was also excellent. I hope to experience this level of quality in future!
We (2 people) ordered beef fried noodles and king prawn fried rice for lunch. It was really big portion and good value. The fly rice was cooked professionally at Chinese way. Kind prawn was fresh. We tried also the Hong Kong style milk tea which is rare in western world. It was really a surprise. We will be back for sure.
Ordered beef chow There was 6-7 bits of cheap meat. 1 floret of broccoli quartered. 1 mushroom absolutely no taste had to add my own soya sauce and seasoning. £9 wasted. Won’t be back
Great food! We had the duck chow mein, chicken noodle soup, chicken sweet corn soup, grilled pork dumplings, prawn Kung po and finished it with crispy ginger milk dumpling- which was just the right amount of sweetness (highly recommend it). The quantity is great for the price! However, do remember that it is meant to be a delivery place as there are only a couple of tables to actually sit and eat there.
myself and my partner are regulars my favourite dish at the moment is fried vegetables dumplings with chips david loves the chow mein especially the duck or chicken ... and it's good that we can go and sit in the food is amazing ... the owners are lovely and very friendly...
Ordered delivery a few times and collection once and this place is always absolutely incredible. My go to for a special dinner now and my favourite take out in Edinburgh for sure. Never had anything I didn't love!!
The dimsum here is absolutely delicious. It is my go-to place when I want to treat myself to some amazing and tasty food, and I happily order a feast every time!
Delicious and beautiful food. I particularly am a fan of their savoury and sweet bao buns (pictured). Large quantity too for what you pay. Highly recommend.
