I have never seen such an extensive menu in a takeaway before. A range of menus, large portions, very reasonably priced and excellent quality
writing to make a formal complaint regarding the food I purchased from your establishment. My order included a pizza, a hoagie wrap, and a kids fish cake. Unfortunately, when we opened the food, we discovered multiple hairs embedded in the items. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene standards in your kitchen Also there way a young blonde girl working on the tills im not to sure on her name but the way she was being treated was beyond a joke Following the meal, both my daughter and I became unwell and are now suffering from symptoms consistent with food poisoning. This has been extremely distressing, especially considering the lack of proper food handling and cleanliness that appears to have caused both the contamination and our illness.
Absolutely would not recommend I ordered food last night and the driver decided to go to my back door instead of the door he should he have to the front door I waited and waited I even called them 3 times no answer I waited till 3am and have no woke up and they had put it on my back door step no call no nothing so they go to the wrong door and I have no food and no refund absolutely disgraceful if you can choose another chippy
I was disappointed with my recent visit. The price I was charged for a chicken wrap was higher than the price displayed, which is misleading. In addition, one of the staff members made personal comments that I found unprofessional and inappropriate, nobody cares that you don't like Ataturk and nobody is interested in fake comments that you like where I'm from . The quality of the kebab also didn’t meet my expectations — it wasn’t worth the price charged. Overall, the experience left me feeling let down and I'm not planning to return.
Donner pizza was like they had diced up donner meat and hardly any cheese over it therefore donner meat brick hard and burnt. Do not recommend!
Ordered 2 kebabs, no pitta bread, came in tortilla wrap and both swamped in grease. Uploaded picture, it put us off eating it.

I live nowhere near Livingston, never used this place, never even heard of it before but I keep receiving unsolicited text messages that I have tried several times to get stopped!! Can you sort it out please. And yes, everytime I receive the texts I send EXIT to the number, but yet again I received another tonight
Nice food but that feel need to charge 50p for a bag you don't ask for. Putting me off ordering again. A pizza comes in a box if you don't trust your delivery staff that's not my problem.
You guys make the best fried pizza i have ever had. I have ordered from you more times than I would like to admit, each time better than the last. Best Chippy in West Lothian from what I have tried, I probably won't try anywhere else. Sticking to this one. Keep up the good work.
