    Used to order donner kebabs from new horizons, did so for years, but the last two have arrived cold and greasy, almost as if their kebab meat supplier has changed, doesn't taste the same at all, very bland grey in colour meat, the last two times have been delivered to me so maybe that's the reason for the kebab being cold but I could walk to the shop in 10 mins, and drive in literally 2 minutes

    I had a very bad experience with the kebab food here. It was poorly prepared and didn’t taste fresh at all. I would never order food from this place again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

    I have been ordering food from them for years, never again. After ordering chicken kebab, I was seriously ill.Took me 2 days to recover. Avoid eating there, serious food poisoning possible!

    I would give this 0 ratings but since that's not the case, I've never had a problem with this place but I have just ordered 2 chciken burgers and some onion rings, all of it tastes and smells disgusting. There was black bits in the chicken burgers, the onion rings had a vile taste. The chicken burgers aren't supposed to have black bits in them and they are NOT supposed to smell the way they did. Rang up to get a refund on our order and you could tell they were hesitant to give us one, making all these excuses about how they can't give us a refund till after 7. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.

    Never had an issue before, use this takeaway regularly but tonight I have had a shocker of an experience! RUDE staff, made 2 mistakes, 1 corrected in the shop and 1 not noticed until we got home. Both mistakes were blamed on me when I called them to get a replacement. Bloke on the phone was so rude, he hung up on me when I tried to explain he had gotten the order wrong. Eventually agreed to provide a replacement and we had to go and get it! They wouldn't deliver as to busy, looked dead when I was in there 10 minutes before! Not a fantastic way to treat regular customers....

    I don't have a problem with them before but this time I have ordered on just eat at 7.10 now it 8.40 and it still not arrived I have phone them they didn't answer so I phone them again and they said it on it way and it won't be long I'm still waiting for my food my food arrived at 9.00 I'm not happy for waiting long for my food it only take 5min drive to get here so y it took 2 hour for my food also my food was warm when it arrived
