   X 3 orders today around 1pm - 1 was satisfactory but the other 2 weren’t - The Mother Clucker was just bloody awful - chicken was well over cooked to the point of being burnt - The Original burger again was over cooked and very hard. Don’t know who was your chef but he needs to up the tempo…. I did not complain to not upset company - the waiter was very accommodating which was a bonus!

   Served by David C at table 26 .. very friendly and helpful. Had booked a table so no wait , food and drinks served on time with no rush to chose our dishes. We all enjoyed our meals ,especially ice cream sundae. Free refills were very much appreciated. Will definitely be back ...oh enjoyed the music playing too.

   Service was great, staff couldn't have been more attentive and helpful. I don't normally have a burger when I go out because of how messy I feel, but I pushed the boat out and did not regret it. The starter boneless hot wings were absolutely unreal. I could've just kept eating them for the rest of the evening rather than having a main. Wish I wasn't driving to try some of the cocktails. Next time

   I've never visited this particular TGI’s before, but I have a particular soft spot for the brand. TGI’s was the first American Diner I ever sampled in the UK, many moons ago. This time I visited with my husband and son, who aren't fans, but they forfeited their usual choices as a wee treat for me. I have to say - any restaurant that boasts a Harley Davidson at the door is good enough for me. We ate reasonably late on a school night, so it was pretty quiet, with no wait time. I am biased - but when it comes to the ambience - this place ticks all my boxes. It's got that casual feel unique to American culture; no airs and graces, scruffy or dolled up to the nines, you get the same level of service. It is spacious, with some seating entirely on the level or with a few stairs at most. The tables are huge, comfortable and great for any number of diners. The table settings are simple, but everything feels immaculately clean. The service is outstanding, with the staff bending over backwards to accommodate your needs. The menu is traditional American diner, with something on there for everyone. The service is fast, the staff are friendly and the food is quality. On this particular visit my son and I shared a selection of starters as our meal. I heartily recommend checking out the onion rings and the macaroni cheese bites, followed by a Cream Soda float to wash it down! The prices are pretty standard for this type of restaurant in Glasgow and for me, as an experience, it was totally worth it.

   Visited here today for some food and drinks. From the friendly greeting to the final bill everything was excellent. Food and drinks amazing as always. A special shout out should go to our server Jessica. Nothing was too much hassle and provided great service with a smile. I would have no problem recommending this restaurant and will be back in the future.

   Probably the worst meal and service I have ever experienced at TGI, front of restaurant staff more interested in playing with her phone, food order was wrong, and once the ordered food did arrive it would best be described as stale. I left the majority of the food and the waiting staffs attitude was "oh well". The restaurant was very quiet, I'm no Gordon Ramsey but I have a fair idea why.
