The food was absolutely delectable. The ambience cozy and welcoming. The food definitely outlived our expectations and tasted so much like home ( despite bei hai far away from it). Would certainly recommend!

Delicious, filling meal with a great range of options! We are vegetarians and found the non-meat adjustments incredibly flexible. Speedy service, food took a bit of time because itβs made fresh, but wait was not long. Great and specific recommendations from the host. Will definitely be back!

Flavorful dishes, and good portions. Had the Gurkhali fish curry which was really awesome. Chicken thali was good option too.

Nice indian Nepalese cuisine restaurant, the portion is humble and the prices are as well acceptable. The Restaurant is on the main street so no hassle in finding the place. When I went it was not that crowded but should not don't worry about finding a spot here there are enough of tables for a big groups to join as well, serves liquor of different types like beer or wines. This is the only place where I found mixed platter and thalis which is offcourse a good option for those who like to go for combination of options in a single order. In all a good place to stop by ... Cheers

Best meal we have had in the 5 days of visiting in Edinburgh! We have tried the traditional Scottish, Thai, Mexican, and now Nepalese/Indian. If you are looking for flavorful dishes this is the spot!

I must say that this place is great, nice decor, comfy seats, friendly and attentive service. Reasonable prices. I ordered a chicken bhuna as main course (default is med) if you want mild ask for it) they cater for Dairy free too. The starters were great too. Recommend this place.

We were struggling to find a place to eat on a busy Saturday evening. Thankfully, The Everest welcomed us in with no hassle. Delicious generously portioned food. Absolutely lovely staff offering great service. One nice surprise for me was the wine. I usually find restaurant a bit disappointing. I was pleased to find that the malbec being offered by the glass here was really tasty. Overall the food tasted great but chilli wimps might want to ask the team to make sure they get a mild version of their dish of choice. A softer form of lighting could really improve the ambience.

Super good Indian restaurant. Can be spicy so ask the waiter. The menu is big and has a lot of variety. The staff is quick and friendly. You will definitely find something for you!

First of all, thank you for your incredible hospitality....Delicious taste of Indian and Nepalese cuisine. Great from start to finish. Highly recommendable. A must for locals and visitors. As seen in picture the very famous Edinburgh Rubarb and Ginger Gin and Tonic.
