   My group of 10 recently embarked on our first Umrah journey, and we couldn’t have asked for better guides than Amjad and Abdul Malik. As a group of first-timers, we were all nervous, unsure of what to expect, and filled with questions. But Amjad and Abdul Malik immediately made us feel at ease, guiding us every step of the way. From the moment we landed, their knowledge and expertise were evident. They took the time to explain the rituals of Umrah in detail, ensuring that we understood the significance of each step. We asked plenty of questions along the way, and they answered them with patience, clarity, and deep insight. We genuinely felt like we were in the hands of trusted experts. What stood out most was how Amjad and Abdul Malik treated us like family. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine care for our spiritual journey made all the difference. Amjad, in particular, went above and beyond by being incredibly thoughtful—he even helped us carry the kids (we had 3 hyper little ones under 3 years old!) as we navigated the busy crowds. It really meant a lot to me as a parent and it showed just how much they care for every member of the group, no matter how young or old. The tour guides also translated tours in English for us siblings, then Bengali when needed for my parents. The trip went smoothly thanks to their thoughtful guidance and attention to every detail. It’s clear that they truly care about the experience of every single person in their group. We are so grateful to Sakeenah Tours for providing such a meaningful and well-organised trip, and inshaAllah, we’re already planning our second trip!    Alhamdulillah I was given the opportunity to experience Umrah with Sakeenah Tours. Sakeenah tours made this experience not only affordable but also the most comfortable. Everything was so carefully thought out and organised and even if a problem had arose, it was quick to be solved! Regarding our actual tour guides Amjad, Malik and Ridwan, they were very friendly, welcoming, patient as well as open to teaching us so much making this such a beneficial experience as I have learnt so much regarding Makkah and Medina and its history! Sakeenah Tours is definitely a company I would recommend for first timers as they make everything so much easier to understand for those experiencing Umrah for the first time! 10/10 would highly recommend.    A group of 8 of us booked an Umrah trip with Sakeenah Tours (Mar23), the trip was for just under 2 weeks, we returned a week ago. Like myself, we had some for whom it was their first time, and some who’ve been before. We all found the group lead Bilal and the coordinating group to be very helpful from the onset, communication was excellent, the arrangements from our first meet at Heathrow were spot on. Whilst out in Makkah and Medinah, again Bilal and the group were amazing, great hotels and locations, transfers were on time and very good quality. We’ll most definitely look to book again with the group and soon. Highly impressed.

   I just came back from umrah with Sakeenah Tours. I am really pleased with the service we got. This company was recommended to me by my aunty, she spoke highly of them. This was my first time going Umrah Alhumdulillah it was great. Brother Bilal and brother Amjad was available whenever we needed anything. The Marriot hotel we stayed in Mecca was 6mins walk to the haram, or you can easily take the shutter buses that leave from the hotel every so often. In medina the hotel we stayed in was opposite masjid an nawawi, we literally had to cross the road and we was in the masjid Alhumdulillah. Jazakallah Khair to both brother Bilal and brother Amjad for catering to our needs.

   I just wanted to say a massive thank you to our group leader and tour guide Kawsar of Sakeenah Tours. Kawsar has gone above and beyond, providing a service that no other tour guide company would have given us. He has made this trip even more meaningful and has really provided an exceptional experience even through troublesome situations we have come across along the road. He was always respectful, always there whenever me and my family needed help, always gave us knowledgable advice on what to do and what not to do, he was the perfect man for the job. Sakeenah Tours are so lucky to have someone like Kawsar on their team, he has really uplifted my spiritual journey coming to Makkah and Madinah. I want to say a big thank you to Amjad too, even though he has been very busy during the trip his service provided has also been exceptional, from start to finish. They have both really made this a memorable trip for us and Insha’Allah the next time Allah (swt) invites us to his house again, Sakeenah tours will be without a doubt the first tour guide company we come to.    We made the blessed journey of hajj with Sakeenah Tours upon recommendation. We felt very comfortable when meeting Amjad (Sakeenah Tours), the package was explained in detail and we got a sense that Sakeenah Tours strategically planned for a comfortable yet beneficial hajj. They did not disappoint, during the hajj journey they all made sure we were comfortable and we had amongst us esteemed scholars to guide us. The whole package was perfect and well thought out and I do not have anything negative to say. If you are thinking about going through Sakeenah, please go meet them and let them talk through the packages with you and inshAllah you will be comfortable with them as I was on my first meeting.
