   Absolutely unbelievable, I lived in Japan for three months and this place measures up to the quality of the stuff I had over there. Great music and atmosphere. Fantastic staff. Amazing whiskey selection and the owner is beyond knowledgeable. A really personal level of service. Cannot recommend this place enough. Best sushi restaurant in Bristol and so reasonably priced considering the quality!!

   We went for our two year anniversary and oh my lord!!! My partner lived in Japan for three months and he still thought that was some of the best sushi he has ever had. Chris the owner is the loveliest, most passionate person ever. He treated us so well and gave us an amazing education in Japanese whiskey. All I can say is, if you want fantastic sushi at a surprisingly reasonable price you can NOT do better than this absolute gem!!!

   It was an absolute pleasure to visit this new Japanese themed bar and food was amazing. Me and my friend had the best 10 star experience with Chris, Alex and Antonio we had VIP service and we tried one of the best Japanese whiskey collection in town. The cocktails were great as well mastered to a detail. Will definitely come back again. Thank you for a lovely evening and unforgettable experience.

   This place is absolutely amazing! I got taken there by my partner to celebrate my bday. Food and drinks were made to perfection and I enjoyed it a lot! The owner Chris made it really special and I’m definitely gonna be back for more!

   OUTSTANDING! Quality, fresh, authentic sushi, beautifully presented and great service. The selection of spirits, particularly whisky, is thorough and interesting. Definitely try some of the more premium stuff like Hibiki (smooth & complex!) Also try the Old fashioned, it is really good and properly done. Sapporo beer, first time hearing about it, is an actual import (rare these days) and is lovely. Overall the owner Chris is a genuine, knowledgeable and interesting guy. This place just oozes passion and quality. Recommend!

   We had some cocktails, the platter for two and the tamaki roll. Old fashioned was really impressive and it is a must if going there. The platter was very good, especially the salmon. I would have liked to see more fish, cucumber and avocado in the tamaki roll, there was a lot of rice, but overall it was a very good experience. The staff is super friendly!

   Went for early cocktails and sushi to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Really friendly. Made me a coconut margarita even though it wasn’t on the menu. Sushi was delicious with wasabi peas on the side. Looking forward to our next visit already!

   Really friendly and passionate owner - sushi was excellent, so fresh and very high quality ingredients. The cocktails were also lovely, My favourite had bubble tea balls inside! Will definitely be coming back when the full menu is up and running. Definitely a great place to go if you like cocktails or sushi (or both!).
