   Food had good quantity and quality plus cooked fresh , so didn’t mind the wait for the food. Service wasn’t great as order was wrong with chips and dips they gave us extra portion of chips (the ones we were meant to get) and server seemed bored. Second time being here and wouldn’t mind visiting again but in no hurry to do so.

   Food is always consistently good. There's a big longer wait than you'd find at another fast food place but the food is very much worth it. Just plan ahead for the wait or order in the app :)

   I recently visited Pepe’s and had an excellent dining experience. The food was freshly made, well-seasoned, and served promptly. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere — clean, comfortable, and inviting. A special appreciation to the staff, especially the till girl, for her polite and professional service. Her warm attitude made the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, this branch offers a perfect mix of great food, friendly service, and a welcoming environment. Definitely worth visiting again!

   Everytime I make an order from Pepes their time is always massively misleading. Made an order today at 6.31 and turned up to the shop at 7 because I knew they’re always late on the order and only got my order ready at half 7.

   Ordered 20 worth of food through just eat at 8.30pm. Got a text from driver saying they’d left at 9.10pm came to 9.50pm and it wasn’t here so I phoned the shop and they basically said there was nothing they could do and they couldn’t ask where the delivery driver was or if my food was delivered or not. Absolutely ridiculous

   Pre ordered over the phone and told it would be ready. Good food but they add extras on, such as extra chicken n cheese, without you knowing. Be careful when ordering.
