   Eating in here is fine you’ll find your order will take some time to come but it will normally be right. Going through the drive through however don’t have any expectations. If you ask for a double whopper you’ll get a single. You ask for a 20 box of chicken fries you only get 9. Want an XL double bacon you either get a regular double cheeseburger with bacon or the XL double without bacon. Would recommend parking up going in and checking your order before you leave or accept that you will be charged for a meal you won’t receive fully.

   The restaurant was supposed to be open until 10 p.m. Now it's 9:40 p.m. and it's already closed and an employee is mopping the floor. When I asked why, he told me to walk to the drive-thru. Incredible.

   Absolutely phenomenal service from the young lady called Hollie, we ordered and were served very quickly! Hollie explained she was fairly new and still learning, she’s a credit to this company. Thank you Hollie.

   I always have a terrible time at this BK, I figured now is the time to start leaving reviews. I ordered the Memphis BBQ Crispy Chicken with an extra patty. The meal cost me well over £10 (Including the £1.50 for the extra patty). What I got was by no means worth even £5. It was missing the extra patty, any BBQ sauce, its onion rings and both slices of cheese! The burger was a flat, empty mess! I contacted the courier and they refunded me a measly £3! The problem is, this kind of service ruins the entire meal! To add insult to injury, the ice cream I ordered was placed in the same bag with the hot food! I absolutely love a BK but this place is crippled by its non-caring staff who never, *ever* care to get your order correct. If they care this much about getting the correct items in your order, I can't help but think how much effort they put into basic hygiene and food safety. The meal also came with a bottle of Coke Zero, which was what I ordered, loaded fries (which were soggy and cold by this point) and a small tub of Ben & Jerry's Caramel Chew Chew Ice Cream which was sloppy due to being in the bag directly next to hot food.

   Hello I went today to Burger King stration and there was stuff and manger they don't care if you want to order or not I waited about 50 minutes for one burger and juice only .. and there are some people who came and went because there is only one stuff in the kitchen and he is very slow and the rest of the stuff They are preparing to close before 2 hours and cleaning everything and they leave all the order's for just 1 of them to make them !!, and when I asked about my order they told me if you can't wait, you can cancel your order we are no playing here #go if you want to go and The manager was talking to me sharply and she does not respect any of she's customers and this is not the first time so please we like burger king and we hope to be better then now and recpect all the customers..

   Well where do i start, Both male and female toilets had no toilet roll in the holders resulting in me going into the disabled toilet to get tissue for my partner and having to then pass into the female toilets after making sure there was no other females in the toilet. We was then waiting for 15mins at a till before being served. Although there was one person infront if us. Also one of the drinks machine were out of service and the other one serving one flavour (cola). The shop was in despair very very messy with food rubbish over the tables and dirty floors. I did ask for toilet roll to be replaced in both toilets and tables to be cleaned and fair to say there was no tables cleaned or toilet roll replaced the whole time we were in the restaurant. My partner cleaned our table with sanitiser and tissue as nothing was done and the table was black. Its fair to say we will not be using burger king straiton again. One thing i can say is McDonald's are way ahead of this store for cleanliness. Its a shame that burger king had fell away from customer service.

   The worst Burger King I have been to in my entire life. Staff were so miserable, not a smile a hello or a thank you. It’s takes someone special to be rude when you are polite to them, but hey the staff training has nailed it on the head. No cash being taken which wasn’t ideal since I had just lifted cash. The burger quality was terrible, very dry and little taste, hardly a single rasher of bacon on it either. Daughter got the whole centre of a lettuce on her chicken burger. Left feeling very dissatisfied and a bit gutted. We don’t have a Burger King local to us so it’s always a treat to visit BK when we go away for the day or weekend etc. won’t be back to this branch for sure.

   This Burger King was closed for sitting in no idea why no notice to say! So we could only get a drive thru which is not ideal! Also when we did get to order we were told no large meals were available at this time but no explanation why this was! Burgers were tasty but chips were not so good!
