   I waited 25 minutes for my order and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. When I finally received the chicken, it was so excessively salty that it was impossible to eat. I had no choice but to throw it away. For £16 you reasonably expect better quality from eight pieces of chicken than what felt like a bucket of salt. I am giving 3 stars only because the staff member apologised twice for the delay, which I do appreciate. However, the food quality itself was unacceptable.

   04/12/2025 Today was simply fantastic. I could see that Vivek prepared the order fresh after we ordered, he appeared to happily communicate with Fay who lead the small team surprisingly well! You rarely see groups work so fluidly, and their smiles passed on to me too! Danny was also a polite young man, instead of standing around when it was quiet, he quickly started tidying. You don't see that in other KFC stores, well done!

   Came for a late dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service. Michael served us at the drive thru with a polite and upbeat attitude. Which in the modern day of fast food is a very important skill to have.

   I am writing to report a very serious issue I experienced during a recent visit to your location. The person who was packing the delivery orders appeared to be completely intoxicated—possibly drunk or under the influence of drugs. They were visibly disoriented, smelled strongly of alcohol, and were behaving in a very unprofessional manner. As a result, they completely messed up my order and handed it to another customer. This situation was unacceptable. Not only was it frustrating to receive the wrong order, but it also raises serious concerns about food safety and staff conduct. I hope you take this seriously and investigate the matter. Your customers deserve better service and a safe, professional environment.

   This KFC Branch consistently messes up the orders for delivery. I have tried being understanding but when you spend as much on food, there is an expectation to at least get the right food. We ordered a corn on the cob, a large gravy, 2x creamy mash, beans and coleslaw and were given 2 cajun rice, 2 beans and 2 small gravy.....to then not get an answer from anyone when we tried to contact them to try and resolve it. Just absolutely disappointing and frustrating.

   Great friendly staff was semi busy for lunch but the fiod was gd and the app worked on the machine but still had a few bug issues with it on my phone.

   Better than the KFC at Meadowbank Edinburgh, but still not great. Meagre portions. Dirty tables. Floor soaking wet all over that forced customers to walk like penguins or slip on their a***. Should have gone to the burger place next door

   Food is just typical kfc, chips were cold and soggy. Chicken portions and portions of chips were missing from bucket meals. There was one decent member of staff a young red headed lass ,how she hasnt quit is beyond me . The rest of staff were clueless

   Won’t be back in a hurry, the place was disgusting, exterior and interior bins overflowing, tables not cleared or wiped No paper for receipt, no table numbers available even though machine asks you to enter a number, no napkins available, had to wait 10 mins on food being prepared which I didn’t mind, what I did mind was having to listen to staff bickering as the guy cooking would tell the guy serving how long the food would be, also the other guy serving moaning constantly about how rubbish the bags are. However was managing needs to have a look at the place. The restaurant wasn’t busy so no excuses 11/12/22 @ 15:00

   The young worker's in this shop were excellent at their work,even though they looked scared to death to be anything but. The food was ok and served without delay . The reason I gave 3 stars ⭐⭐⭐for this KFC was! The management sitting in a corner interviewing for jobs within customers earshot. We heard a former business owners interview for a General Manager job and was told he wasn't really suitable,but! he was then offered a beginner's job which of course he refused. We think the guy spoke with authority and definitely looked the part! We then thought his future employers thought thier jobs might be in danger one day with such an over qualified person working for them Hence the reason for 3 stars.⭐⭐⭐. Interviews should be done in PRIVATE ,not infront of paying customers. Unprofessional and Humiliating.
