   Just spent 2 nights at the Navaar House hotel and can't praise the staff and owner high enough. The staff were very helpful and polite, the food was beautifully cooked and cooked to order. Our evening fish tea for 2 was excellent we included a starter and a sweet and all were excellent. The full Scottish breakfast was huge beautifully cooked and piping hot a good start to any the day. Highly recommend Navaar House for service and good food.

   Had a comfortable one night stay here. Spacious room with ensuite bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was provided with a really nice coffee. Special mention to the staff who were very helpful from booking till the checkout.

   It was a fantastic room. We stayed in the most affordable, and it was perfect for us, spacious and beautiful. The restaurant was excellent. The staff was beyond helpful. We arrived later than we wanted. The kitchen was closed, but the team was accommodating and heated our food and delivered it to our room. A bus stop right in front of the hotel with a bus directly to Edinburgh City centre that runs until quite late, which is lovely. It was like staying in a family home.

   Absolutely shocking Sunday lunch. Everything is from a bag. Would definitely not recommend. They have a cheek charging £15 for a Sunday lunch

   Silverside roast has never disappointed & we've had it quite a few times now, Im not a lover of beef but this is sooo tender. Working our way through the desert menu & not had any complaints! The staff are polite, welcoming, greet you with a smile & very accommodating. I'd happily recommended this place.

   We enjoyed a wonderful tea in the bistro today following my mother's funeral. We received so many comments on the generosity of portions and lovely fresh food on offer from everyone who attended the tea. The food was delicious and obviously lovingly prepared and the serving staff were very attentive and very friendly. Well done to all!!!
