Awful place, staff all glaring, swearing and shouting at each other, rude and abrupt to customers, total shambles and it wasn’t even that busy. Asked for something to be toasted and I think it was on the grill for 30 seconds, stone cold inside.
Completely disagree with the previous negative review. I have been going to baguette express for over 20 years. The premises are spotless & regularly deep cleaned. The staff are all clean & responsible adults. They also go the extra mile to provide rolls/baguettes to your liking.
Horrendous filthy and disgusting place ran by children no hygiene. Skin on all mayo products and cucumber do dry it’s been there 4 days!! Egg mayo , cucumber and tomato all in the bitter face me the absolute boak. £5 for a cheese salad brick hard baguette Avoid avoid avoid unless your desperate
Left Disappointed arrived here for a baguette and cake to take away male member at back said he would be just a minute, female staff was hoovering I asked if they were closed she said yes I wanted a baguette and cake I said well can I just grab a cake, I was sold that at least. I learned after walking away the advertised time wasn’t for a least another 20mins.
Excellent food. More importantly, amazing staff. Was there 21/10 and while ordering got a panic attack. The woman was amazing. She calmed me down. Thank you for my treat. If you can be nominated for a reward I am approving it. Rarely staff do the right thing during a panic attack. Will go back there 100%
Absolutely the worst £7 I’ve ever spent, ordered a chicken mayo and cheese panini. Cheese was like plastic and the toasted panini spent about 15 seconds in the panini press, all the ingredients that should be hot were cold. Got a rice crispy slice for dessert and the rice crispys were stale and overall all far too sweet.
Had a really good meal here service was great as well definitely would recommend!
Excellent value baked potato ! . £3.40p for a baked potato with choice of fillings, sauce, and side salad. Tip: seating area is small so get a carry out and go up the escalator, there is plenty of seating in the Food Court area. Pic: Huge Spud with honey chicken, Garlic Mayo, Jalapenos. Very tasty.
