Food is first class. Always freshly prepared and full of flavour. All of the staff are friendly and attentive. The prices have gone up slightly but I still think its really good value for money for the lunchtime menu. Would highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant place. Went for father's day lunch. Service and food were fantastic! As soon as we sat down drink orders were taken and no delay in taking food orders. Food was a good length of time and quality was brilliant. Portions are large and great value for money, had a father's day 3 course special menu on. Would 100% recommend the Bombay Cottage.
I had an unreal curry here. I have never seen a naan so big! The staff here are very friendly and take great pride in what they do here. The feel around the place is great, a lovely place to enjoy a curry.
Lunch today was amazing as always. My brother is in a wheelchair and they always do their very best to accommodate us with a table that suits as we book ahead and let them know we will need a suitable table. Food, staff and atmosphere are all always 5 star!! The lamb chops are the best I've ever tried.
I visited this restaurant yesterday, this restaurant had a great menu and delicious food. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the negative attitude of the staff. To start with, the restaurant had a lovely ambiance, with soft lighting and comfortable seating. The menu was extensive and offered a wide range of dishes to suit various tastes. My group ordered some dishes, and all of them were cooked to perfection and tasted good. The flavors were well balanced, and the portion sizes were generous. However, our experience with the staff left a lot to be desired. From the moment we walked in, the staff appeared disinterested and unwelcoming. Throughout our meal, the staff appeared to be in a hurry and didn't seem to care about our experience. When we point out this concern to the manager, even he was seemed irritated and didn't provide any explanation or apology. In summary, the restaurant has good food, but the staff's negative attitude detracts from the overall experience. I hope that the management takes note of this and trains their staff to be more welcoming, friendly, attentive and professional to customers.
Rubbish food and reheated chicken and put in a hot pot no gloves whos works there in the kitchen disgusting food and people ever just let you know people who are going there and get a lunch meal or dinner guys you just westing the money and your time low-level quality food
Family have been coming here for years, this was our first time and it didn't let down. A Great meal, we had the set menu on a Saturday (late lunch), all 3 courses were lovely. A table for 10 and everyone enjoyed their meal. We will definitely be back.
The food was good!! Richard, our server was really nice and welcoming!! Vibe was good, had a really good time with good Indian food!! £30 for two people was pretty reasonable.
