Grabbed a quick half pizza and chips at lunch time, food was good. Very well priced with polite and helpful staff. Would visit again.
Worst chippy I’ve had in a long time. Ages for delivery and then stone cold . Chips are crap and as u can see paper just stuck to the sausage . Used to be a good chippy. Went downhill. Won’t be ordering anything again

Ignore the bad reviews, the food here is tasty and hot and service is polite and quick. They were helpful, didn’t rush me as a foreigner and gave me generous lashings of chippy sauce on top of a haggis pudding and half fried pizza crunch (as singles, I couldn’t fit chips in on top of all that food). Well wrapped with no leaks, I devoured the food in the car park of the Lidl opposite the road. Affordable prices and large portions.
Amazing freshly-made pizza: What do you expect from an Italian chef! And the fish and chips were pretty amazing too. Come on Mon-Thu for the special fish! It's a takeaway but the vibe of the place totally rocked with the friendly and playful staff.
I had a fush supper which was superb but asked for a pizza margarita I said I wanted it fresh made they gave me one from the hit counter and said it was just made but it was just warm and tough and rubbery so it had been lying in counter for a while the new staff are hopeless and don’t care what they give you been going there every Friday for years don’t think I will go back it’s going downhill fast
Food wasent the best lamd donner is one of the worst i ever had it. No teast cold and burn some of it. Chicken kebab was not as bad but over burn for me over half of meat. Fiah was good and chios wasent bad at all is well. Service really bad long wait first secend no one telling u anything and even when food was cook is was just waiting on side for another 5min as they was dealing with abothwr costumers and most of them get there food before us. They simply foeget about it no apology no extra nothing and then disipontment on meats really bad i wouldn't recommend it to anyone after mt experience but maybe i wasent lucky on that day. If u go just fish and chips is maybe easier and they actually was not bad at all.
Food fine, but don't order for collection. It will do nothing other than cost you an extra 50p. Additionally be prepared for the staff to be rude. Ordering for collection at all other take aways I have used means you can expect to arrive at the stated time, collect your food and leave. At Bar B Que, when you arrive to collect, they expect you to join the back of the queue. In my case, when I arrived the first time, I saw 10 customers ahead of me in the queue. So I ordered online, delivered kids (and pets) home and came back at the stated time. I went to the place that looked like for collection (e.g. where the delivery drivers go). The staff actively ignored me. When I realised being polite was going to get me nowhere, I asked the cashier. She told me I should join the queue, which had grown from zero to 5 since I had arrived this second time. I explain that this didn't seem right. Their position was then reinforced by a second member of staff. I indicate a desire for a refund. A third member of staff steps in and is helpful. The manager (possibly owner gets involved). An "exception" is made and my food is hastily prepared. The staff as a whole treated me like my expectation to reduce my queuing time by ordering for collection (at additional cost) was completely unreasonable.

Ok so I went here, everything is battered, so being English they cooked me 3 sausage. They don't have gravy ! I had haggis, which was great, had red kola for the first time, overall a great chippy.
