Good food , the staff were so friendly, sweet and helpful with explaining the flavors and recommendations . We even won a bunch of spring rolls using the app which the gentleman made fresh , hot for us . Shout out to Nella she was so lovely.
I honestly can’t believe how bad my experience at Chopstix was. The salt and pepper chicken was a soggy, disappointing mess—absolutely not crispy, not fresh, just a sad pile of what tasted like reheated leftovers. For a place that charges what they do, that’s ridiculous. And the service? Don’t even get me started. It was so damn slow I started wondering if they had to chase the chicken themselves. When I finally did get someone’s attention, they acted like I was bothering them just by existing. I’m paying for food, not for attitude. Overall, the whole experience was a total letdown, and I left pissed off, hungry, and wondering why the hell I even bothered. Definitely not going back.

i cant fault the food, which smelled divine and drew me towards this stall . the reviews about the staff being very friendly and helpful are true - a nice spot
My 2 friends previous to me in the queue got the box with 3 toppings and a can of juice and I got a regular box with 2 toppings and a can of juice and was charged the same price. So I was a bit disappointed I missed out on another topping seeing it was my first visit and I wanted to try the toppings. I have down graded the service because of this but the Staff were young, cheery and spoke good English. I had Noodles with Sweet Chilli Sauce with Spicy Chicken Wings and a Vegetarian Pork Teriyaki which was all Super Tasty and I tried my friends Prawn Parcels which were nice. I enjoyed using Chopsticks to eat, I think it adds to the Experience, but my unadventurous friends just used Forks. I think it was a good tasty lunch for just over £10.
Really great value for money and very fresh noodle dishes cooked for us again today, my siblings a colleague and my other family all served by Aga and Amy today they were speedy really polite and provided amazing helpful service. Unanimously pleasantly satisfied with he delicious dishes, 8 in total and was really great value, cheaper than cooking at home even and alot quicker and no washing up. We will be returning 100%
Don’t go here, sorry but it’s a waste of money (we spent over £20) and food quality is awful - you’ll leave disappointed.. Found a big long black hair in my food which I had to complain about and wasn’t offered a replacement or anything just an apology which isn’t really good enough.. boyfriend is now ill after eating it. The cheek of them offering a 10% discount to leave a review on Google when this is how poor quality it is
Just had our first experience of this restaurant via just eat and it was disgusting. The fried rice was mouldy, the egg through it was green. The sweet n sour chicken was vile and tastes nothing like it should. The noodles tasted like they were days old. We were frightened to touch anything else after this so requested an immediate refund. BEWARE... Check your food for freshness. The place is just NOT to be trusted! Such a shame as the way the meals are presented upon delivery was first class in lovely little tubs. :(
After shopping in Gyle center, this is the good place to have some Noodles and Rice with your favorite topping. Tasty food, friendly staff specially Rinkal,. Give a try once.
Was OK, but that’s just it OK, no Soy Sauce was a big surprise, it’s just a fast food place really nothing fancy or special, we had the Katsu Curry dish, the Caramlised Chicken dish and the Salt and Pepper with rice all “medium” sized. Noodles not nice at all really a little over cooked and the rice was just dry boiled rice with very small portions of chicken, The Chicken in all the meals was ok and tasty but not enough of it. Will not go again.
