Have used for years but tonight it has been just about 2 hours for delivery still nothing here,will need to use somewhere else for speedier delivery i don't drive so cant collect such a shame as food good
Placed an order clearly heard my wife ordering a bag of chips, never arrived only to be told when we complained they were not ordered, no way, horrible attitude won't use them again, not very nice at all,
Waited about 2 hours for delivery on Saturday night, both receptionist and delivery driver were rude when phoning and delivering to check on order. Food was ok however sadly found a piece of plastic within one of the dishes, only came across it when I actually ate it and thankfully didn't choke on it. Think it was within a chicken dish. Didn't phone to complain as service was already terrible.
A while back I posted a review. I don't know what they have done to the food - it has improved dramatically. Proper Cantonese-style cuisine and so much better than anything else in miles. Services has improved significantly too with a new driver in the team. I usually order for collection, 20 minutes in advance. Never fail.
Just had 2 chicken chow meins and fried rice delivered. Absolutely lovely. Thankyou. We will return. Well done
I’ve used this place whilst visiting nearby caravan park and the food is very good staff friendly shop is clean I will continue using until this place

I ordered from this takeaway a couple of nights back, ordered online, paid online and given a realistic delivery time. Great taste, good portions and fair price. I will be using the Cooking House again.
I ordered two meals, it took around half hour to arrive which was impressive as it said 1 hour delivery. The food was absolutely gorgeous, roasting hot. I had chicken and tomato I have to say best Chinese I have had. Hubby had duck black bean he said it was exceptional. Definitely be ordering again.
