Have waited over 2 hours for my food, I've phoned twice and I've been told it's on its way? Still waiting! Ordered online, confirmation stated 30-45 for delivery. Still waiting 2hours 15 mins
Had nice salt and chilli chips a few weeks ago, nice an thin..Got them tonight and back to the thick ones not impressed
Ordered a delivery from, Sky Kitchen, East Caulder, at 1724 hours this Saturday. At 1930 and at 2000 hours asked where the order was. On the 2nd call was told by the person answering the phone that we had requested to cancel?! Really, on Saturday night, when waiting for our dinner?! Brian
Sky Kitchen used to be really good under the previous ownership, but not great now the new owners have taken it on. Place is not pleasant inside and it used to have a lovely sit in restaurant until Covid hit. Food is poor quality. Soggy crispy shredded beef and overpriced over salty food.
Have been waiting for over 2hrs for this meal, not worth the money paid, curry sauce very salty, lemon chicken poor portion and tasted like chemicals?? Upside soft noodles ok. Will not be returning.
I have mixed reviews about Sky Kitchen . I have used for years and food and selection always been really good and never had cause to complain. I know it has changed ownership recently but ordered takeaway for delivery a few weeks ago and was really good . Unfortunately ordered again tonight at 5.15pm and was told would be 30mins was still waiting at 6.30 ! Ordered salt and spicy chicken wings which were overcooked and dry then duck in plum sauce with fried rice . Rice was nice but duck was tough with soggy fat and plum sauce was so congealed it was like plum jam and could not eat ! Really disappointed !! Just put in bin and rice and duck were in one huge congealed lump ! Maybe just a bad night but doesn't fill me with confidence to order again !
Great service, good food, we were on our first day of our roadtrip through Scotland and we stayed on a camping park. It was a though day and we needed something to eat, the Sky Kitchen was able to take an order through Google. (Because we couldn't order by phone) And they were happy to deliver it to our campsite. Another thanks, loved the food alot!
We have been going to Sky Kitchen for a number of years now and have always enjoyed our meals but the meal we had tonight which is what we would normally order was terrible, tasteless over cooked rice and had to go in the bin! You have just lost a previously valued customer.
Can no longer offer the full menu under new management & can't take card payment over the phone..cash on delivery only now. Food: Just stirring in basic sweet chilli sauce to noodles and chicken is nowhere near what hot and spicy chicken noodles are. Made the dish inedible. Sad end to what was decent takeaway.
