   Ordered online for delivery, no food 90minutes later had called twice and was told driver still hadn't picked up. Opted to go and collect but was also conscious that my food had been sitting for a long time. Turned out food was never ready anyway and nothing to do with the driver. Was still going to keep order as family were starving and asked for a discount. After the wee woman smacked the calculator buttons whilst shouting at the staff she said no discount as my order came with free spring rolls which I wasnt bothered about anyway and told id get free juice instead......no thanks, I left and won't be back

   Really disappointed ordered online as we normally do. 5:45pm on Saturday - appreciate Saturdays can be busy but 7pm no food had arrived. I called at 7:15 to be told ‘it was down the back’ no idea what that meant, transpired that it meant they hadn’t started preparing it. Shocking! They offered alternative of collection. We’re only 15 minutes from the shop so opted for that. Midweek you can pay online by card online. Not on weekend though!! I had left cash on stairs to pay in our haste to go and collect I stupidly left the cash behind. Gets to the shop and they don’t take card in shop either. Very disappointing. I actually never had my physical card only Apple Pay so couldn’t even go get cash. The not taking card I get that if applied consistently but way to go to confuse your customer base. I am giving a 1* for overall experience. Had I got my food it’s likely 5* because it’s been very good over a consistent period for a couple of months since we started using it. Sad to be doing this as I don’t really like to give bad reviews. ***EDIT*** We received an email explaining one of the drivers had been involved in a car accident which caused issues with deliveries. Sorry to hear that. We got a £10 off next order and the explanation came with an apology which I accept. I have changed the rating and I would encourage anyone to give the food a go because it is really good.

   Absolutely beautiful Chinese food. Tonight we ordered a big selection of stuff to try this place out. Salt and Chilli Chicken, chicken chow mein, small portion chicken balls, curry sauce, chips, fried rice. Very generous portions and everything was cooked perfectly. Cant fault a single thing. This will be our new GO TO chinese in Ballieston now.

   Absolutely lovely food, as always. Food was delivered quickly and was still toasty warm when it arrived. Everything was tasty, but special mention to the onion rings. Spectacular as always.

   Great place when it first opened food has went down hill rapidly just phoned an order in the driver came with wrong order i ordered curry sauce chicken balls portion spare ribs portion of chips they gave me a prawn curry chips called shop back told them and they sent chicken balls and half a tub of curry sauce and had the cheek to ask for the prawn curry back and leave me with frozen chips p.s why does anybody order these cheap shity chips all went in the bin thanks top chief merry xmas

   After getting a flyer through the door and noticing lots of vegan/vegetarian options including a lovely tofu menu thought to give it a try. I called up first as alongside being vegan we have allergies and the person on the phone couldn't have been more helpful with running through the ingredients. We got the tofu satay, vegetable chow mien and chips. The delivery was nice and quick and the delivery driver was lovely and polite. Food was piping hot and impressive portions, made for really nice leftovers the next day. We couldn't fault our food at all, the tofu satay was absolutely delicious and tofu was cooked to perfection *chefs kiss* looking forward to trying more items from the menu! easy 5 stars
