   A great place to sit and eat while waiting for a plane. The coffees are great and the food is good. The sausages are so good and fried krispy outside. The server was friendly and helpful.

   This place is good for a drink. The prices for drink are quite reasonable, especially since it's in an airport. However, the breakfast food was a bit ridiculous. £8 for a stale roll with 1.5 bits of bacon in it. Really not great, which is a shame. Maybe lunch is better. The workers are very good, fast and friendly. So good for drinks, I'd avoid the food in the future.

   ordered two burgers. the food was ready, the waiters were just sitting on Instagram. and then they brought me my burgers, when i touched it it was cold. I asked the waiter why he is not working and just sitting on the phone, why should I eat cold food? she replied that she could replace burgers. WHAT IS IT ABOUT? WE ARE AT THE AIRPORT, YOU ARE CHARGING PEOPLE A HIGHER PRICE AND THAT IS NORMAL BUT YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE SERVICE IN RETURN. I don't have another half hour to wait for this burger. I'm at the airport. the tables are dirty, the service is terrible, the floor is dirty, the remains of food from previous guests on the table. rude attitude of the staff. cold food

   My go to place in Edinburgh airport after security. Easy service, grab any table and you can order on the app. Nice and quick service, which is key at an airport. The food is great. Throughly enjoyed some prawns as starter and half a chicken as the main. Presentation was great, taste was even better!

   So flight delayed. Went to Hudson Grill and had a very good meal Staff including Emma and Osama were super helpful. Great food (except the vegan mayo served with the ironic brisket burger) Thanks Emma from Mexico and Osama who took over. Made my flight delay much fun.

   I'm surprised to read all the poor reviews, to be honest. My own experience was a lot more positive this evening. The food was freshly prepared and delicious; we had the beetroot burger and sourdough pizza. The service was fast, having ordered on the app. One of the better restaurants I've experienced in an airport.

   I clicked in to write a review because we had such an outstanding experience, and my jaw dropped at the poor reviews. Oh my goodness. Doesn’t feel like we ate at the same restaurant. I also have generally high standards for food. We had two Michelin star meals while in Edinburgh, for reference. I have Celiac, and the staff were extremely helpful getting me safe food. One guided me to the bar, where the bartender showed me the tablet with all allergen information. Then, after ordering, another staff member came over to make sure that I was alright with them changing out my sauce because the one I ordered with the chicken wasn’t gluten free. The food was fresh — greens crispy, and not wilted. The chicken was good too, as were the fries. I felt it was a bonus to have a safe GF fryolator! It could be that some of these reviews were from experiences that occurred while the restaurant was extremely busy? I’m not sure. But this was a great lunch. Exactly what we needed before our flight.

   Dear management. The food was good. Unfortunately am very disappointed with the condition of the spice & sauce box.... (see picture) does not look very good. Too bad. . After two desperate attempts to get mayonnaise from the bottle, I then organized a. full. Also looks like the employees have no motivation.... The management must think of something !!!!
