   It's hilarious how bad this place is. I've nipped in now and again over the years, and it just gets worse and worse. The soft play has been closed for about... 15 years I reckon? I've never seen it open. On this occasion, there was no heating, half the lights were broken, some of the menu screens were off, and it was completely devoid of customers. The food was fine, but it's hard to get that wrong considering all of it was fried there and then, and we watched as they were all removed from large plastic food bags. The two guys in the kitchen genuinely looked like they were giving it 1% effort, while the woman serving us seemed to be running around doing everything else. If you go in with very low expectations, prepare to have them all lowered further. Make a game of it! McDonalds don't even need to try, if this is their competition!

   Absolutely depressing place to get food. The servers looked like they would rather be somewhere else than in this gloomy place. The burgers we got looked like they had been thrown together from the other side of the room. There was far too much sauce applied and this made them very sloppy and unpleasant to eat. There was only one other customer in the entire place, so that's a good indication that there is something seriously wrong with this establishment. (And this was on a weekend). If I were the manager, I would sack myself for allowing it to get to this stage. Fast food is not cheap and cheerfull anymore. People want value for money, and unfortunately, you won't get quality here.

   Very pleasant experience, the food was good and the staff was very friendly expecially this employee with the tag Crewmate Matheo was super friendly and polite. The only reason i cant give it a 5 star is because they didnt take cash(shocked to my core btw) and ice cream machine was broken but i suspose i was just unlucky i guess that day. UPDATE, came back after 2 years place got even better and once again this time actually MANAGER Matheo was a delight to be served by, and the food was even better.

   Wow what an unbelievable rude manager at Queensferry. We asked if the restaurant was open and she told us no and told us to get out of the building. Never will we go to a burger King again. We think her name was Eleanor but she needs serious customer retraining as she is a disgrace to your team. I hope the management read this and act on it as we are really upset and cannot believe you would employ such nasty people to deal with customers.

   If I could rate a 0 or even a minus score I would honestly, this service well sorry lack of service tonight was horrendous. Arrived just 19:52 to wait untill 20:15 to actually be even looked at then 20:20 till was served and that only the start of the horrible experience so after eventually been served when filling up juices the ice in machines not working the juice tasted like salt and chemicals when mentioned to staff all they done was a new cup not even bothering to look at machine then the second juice had what looked like oil dripps all down the cup when it was handed to us, we then received our order and was let out the shop after been locked in it, once sat in car we checked order and things just got worse had bought the king loaded cheesey fries to be handed a box of chips with legit like 4 little cubes on bacon on it and no cheese sauce, when went back to shop to raise issue was answered with what's the issue once we told him he then mentioned he has previously already had 6 complaints today about the King loaded cheesey fries, was then handed a portion with still little to no bacon or sauce on it as a replacement. Through the whole experience staff where giggling and laughing through the kitchen area or walking about like a headless chicken not knowing what to do. Look like they all just wanted to try close shop early to get home for there Friday night.

   Terrible service 4 people on back talking to each other having a laff no customer contact as such usually like a burger King this time hated it waited 15 mins to be served and told. Were busy when no other customers in shop

   Absolutely my favourite fast food takeaway, sad to see it so forgotten by its HR as its clear to see its stuck with unfinished soft play areas that would have been a huge niche to have against there competitors. Great taste and really good value for money. The staff are really warm friendly and polite. Always will keep going back.

   Food was ok and the service was quick. Have to say though the place was quiet so I'd expect the service to be quick. As for nearly £19 for two meals n chilli bites? Found that to be expensive when it's a fast food joint with fast food qualities?
