   Absolutely unacceptable this place is shocking not even deserve 1 star Not the first time This was again the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The food arrived ice cold, literally like it had been taken straight out of a fridge, not even remotely warm. Completely inedible. On top of that, half of my order was missing. How is it possible to mess up something so basic? I paid full price and received an incomplete, cold order with zero quality control. This is not fast food — this is careless, lazy service. No apology, no compensation, no effort. If this is the standard, you might as well not offer delivery at all. Total waste of money. Never ordering from them again and you people shouldn’t do the same

   I ordered two breakfast wraps, one of the wraps had no bacon in it and the second one the wrap was falling apart looked like the food has just been chucked into the box, once both the wraps were taken out the order was still wrong as the wrong sauce was put onto one of the wraps. This is shocking service is getting worse as it is like staff are not trained or just don’t care about making the food the correct way for customers.

   Absolute disgrace, service was shockingly slow. Food frezzing cold, when spoke to management all they said was well we are busy and that was that, had something additional in my burger (see photo) then to top everything off one of the staff drop a load of try onto my foot. This definitely the worst McDonalds!

   This mcdonalds doesn't do anything too special however I had trouble using the restroom and a mcdonalds attendant named calum who had curly hair and glasses helped me alot. He even asked me about my day and I think that type of customer service is in short supply these days. Overall the attendants do a great job and I hope he gets a nice raise for the respect and equity he treated me with

   Easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve visited. When we walked in, every table by the window was left dirty while the cleaner stood chatting. After placing our order, we waited around 15 minutes for the food, which would have been fine if it had come out fresh. Instead, everything arrived cold the fries, the apple pie, even the McFlurry, which was more like mush. Wouldn’t recommend best to avoid this location.

   This is a really good place to go - so tasty. The food was served hot and the service was very very quick! There was a lot of customers but it still had a happy environment. It's a perfect place to meet up with friends! Staff are brilliant - thank you McDonald's!

   Absolutely shocking, 4 and half hours for a freezing cold meal to be delivered. Never again. Not the first time either that meal has arrived cold but at least everything was actually there this time because quite a few times things missing. I never leave bad reviews but this is getting beyond a joke.

   Possibly the longest wait I have ever experienced in McDonald's. Heard two staff behind the counter discussing how they couldn't be arsed to be there. Was worried the parking would be past the hour and half limit by the time me and the family finished our food, which was cold by the time we received it. Wouldn't go again.

   Absolutely abysmal. Decided to sit in, ordered from the touch screen station, never gave a receipt. The screen to let you know when your order is ready wasn't working. When the order was eventually ready, the food was cold. Had to return a burger, was replaced by a luke warm burger. Ordered a caramel waffle latte, when i took the lid off it looked like purple dishwater? Had to take that back and waited quite a time to get another one which wasn't very hot either. Some of the staff seem really stressed and are doing there best to get things done, but others seem a little disengaged to say the least. I heard another customer order a tea, and she was told there was no milk. I heard another customer complain about their juice being warm, apparently they had no ice! No tomato sauce either. What an absolute shambles!

   The McCrispy offers a culinary experience like no other with a whisper of spice and marginally significant quality improvement over the, in retrospect, woeful chicken legend we saw it replace. Bought 2 to share with friends and despite the shameful lack of a receipt from the machine and being forced to ask local fast food establishment chopstix for cutlery to cut the burger in order to share it with the lads and ladettes.
