   Terrible Burger King and horrible service. I’m genuinely not exaggerating with this review. I placed my order at the self-service kiosk and paid at 12:45pm. By 1:30pm, I still had no food. The place was packed with customers waiting, yet the staff were prioritising Deliveroo and Just Eat orders the whole time. I eventually had to ask for a refund at around 1:40pm, after finally managing to get a staff member’s attention. Any time someone asked about the orders flashing on the ready screen, the only response anyone got was: “It’s not been made yet.” With the amount of people waiting for food, it was ridiculous that they kept sending out so many home delivery orders. The staff clearly weren’t prepared and couldn’t organise the queue properly. To make it worse, the two milkshakes I ordered as part of my kids’ meals sat on a tray on the counter for over 30 minutes. They only realised which order they belonged to when I asked for my refund. Best avoided on a Sunday.

   30p for a mayo!!! Ellie was very rude and chewing gum in front of my face whilst serving customers. absolutely outrageous. food was good tho

   I ordered the “spicy mayo chicken royale” and it had bacon in it. I FYI: EATING PORK IS A SIN IN MY CULTURE. Thanks BURGER KING MANAGER for making me bite BACON which I never have done in my life. My order Number:24 Payment Mode: Apple pay Order time:around 5:15pm After my second bite, I tasted something off in my chicken burger and took back to the manager who said “IT COMES WITH BACON WITH A RUDE FACE BEFORE I ASKED ANYTHING”. And did nothing about the burger. No apologies or renewed food. Dear Ms.MANAGER, Did you give that burger out of charity? I paid in full of the due amount to have food. You have no rights to talk to a customer that way. Limit your attitude to your employees and not to customers.. I am definitely escalating this to every possible top. I am 100% sure it should be a mistake but she was not willing to accept it. I have experience over two years in fast food chain so i know what goes behind. Please be more considerate and polite towards customers and try to respond in a friendly manner. I have attached the image below. Does it say it has bacon in it ?

   Was here yesterday and was very impressed. Staff were very friendly and helpful as I was with a disabled person. They made space for the wheelchair and were kind enough to bring our order to the table.Area was clean and tidy and food was hot and delicious. Would highly recommend

   We been here today, the ice machine it was broked, no cold drinks at all. the drinks were hot, the problem was there was no warning about it anywhere. and also the bacon in the hambueger was undercooked. I don't recommend this place to anyone

   Ordered online 3 burger meals and ice cream. One burger was missing. Tried to call the restaurant but it cuts you off after a few rings.

   Was at burger King today and had a bad experience lam vegetarian and ordered a vegan royal normally I would have a plant burger but thought I would try this due to the fact that I personally thought it tasted awful.i got a regular meal and the amount of fries I got was like in a kids meal. I went to the counter and ask iff I could change the royal spoke to the manager her attitude wasn't very good I asked for a plant based burger instead which there was none available total disgrace come on burger King can you have more vegan options
