   I order from Vittorios regularly and have always enjoyed it, but after tonight I won’t be giving you another penny. I placed a decent sized order with friends… The only thing I personally asked for was small chips… and they were missing. Fine, mistakes happen. I called to give you the chance to fix it. But the way I was spoken to, and the attitude I heard in the background, was honestly disgraceful. While on the phone, I could clearly hear the woman I was talking to, the kitchen staff, and a man in the background speaking in a rude, angry and unprofessional tone. Instead of just admitting a simple mistake, I was basically questioned like I was trying to scam a £2 bag of chips. The woman even asked if I was “sure” they were missing because “the girls definitely packed them.” Well, the delivery driver who brought the replacement told us how busy it was, which makes it obvious the mistake came from your end, not mine. Of all things to lie about not receiving, would it really be the cheapest thing out of the order? Seriously? To be made to feel like a liar over something so small is pathetic. The attitude was unnecessary, rude, and completely off-putting. The only apology I got was from the poor delivery driver, who had absolutely nothing to do with the mistake in the first place. None of the actual staff responsible could manage a simple “sorry”. And to make it worse, the food quality wasn’t even up to your usual standard tonight. Clearly you were too busy to keep up, and the customer service went straight out the window with it. What’s funny is reading your responses to other reviews where you tell customers they should phone the restaurant before complaining. I did phone. I tried to be reasonable. And even then, your staff couldn’t manage basic respect. If this is how you treat people who give you the chance to fix your own mistake, then you don’t deserve returning customers. I won’t be back. Appalling service, rude staff, and absolutely no accountability. Disgusting attitude.

   Ordered fish chips and onion rings. The chips were a lump of soft mushy potatoes. Held together with grease. Inedible. The rest was ok. Pity they don’t know how to serve chips that are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.

   Vittorios has always been our go to. Always been great. We had a really bad one last time, but gave them another chance. Pizza way undercooked both times, raw dough and just a mess. Ordered chips and cheese both times and feels like a half portion for the price. Will be avoiding from now on. Shame it has went downhill.

   Two fish suppers came to £17.60. Popped in and ordered at 7pm. It was quiet so I didn't have long to wait. Chips were good,nicely cooked not too dry or under fried. The fish had a nice flake to them, had no smelly fish taste that I find in some places.The batter was a little a bit soft not sure if was due to the sauce and travel for five mins in the box. The greaseproof paper was stuck to the fish, so I had to slowly scrape it off with a knife. Good amount of chips and fish was two pieces.Overall not bad and would order again.

   See Courtney Heaneys review, basically same experience but ordered delivery of 4, yup 4 items , delivered 3 then after phoning and being told that 2 were packed together when they weren't they called back to say they'd get the one bag of chips out straightway, I told them not to bother and keep them. Driver turns up 40 minutes later with chips!! Told him to keep them and I wouldnt be back. Used to be a good chippy dont know what's happened but the chips were 1/2 cooked, the pizza base 12 was 1/2 done as well. Disappointing really but I'mfrom Uphall , guess the few more miles to Aldos will be worth it.

   Went in to collect my food that was ordered online for it to be missing a drink and a curry dip. When went back in the staff tried to tell me I was wrong until I brought up the order then huffed and got my missing items. I used to love this place and at one point would have given 5*s but the staffs attitudes and the lack of checking to ensure orders were filled has sorely brought this down now.

   Ordered a carbonara and a king rib supper. The carbonara for my wife was lovely however the king rib has to be the worst thing I’ve ever had from a chippy. The batter was thick and stodgy with a consistency like plasticine. One bite and it went in the bin.

   1st class service, Freshly made Fish & Chips which were very tasty. White Pudding also lovely. Portions are good & the staff are very polite, also good value for money. Don't delay & try today. You won't be disappointed.

   Rude owner, at first it was good service but in the end food was always cross contaminated due to them never washing their pizza cutter. Anytime they got anything wrong, I was on trial when it should have been a simple fix. Don't waste your money here, they do not deserve it.

   Got 3 pizzas from here tonight. Most went in the Bin! The bases on the pizzas were poor. not risen, hard, and definitely not what I'd expect. The pizzas tasted quite salty too. All 3 of us independently thought the.same. Wont have pizza out here again.
